Wonderful staff, great location, and very good menu in restaurant (including breakfast)

Pool hours are slightly short (until 6pm), and too many guests reserving limited sunbeds at the pool from the early hours of the morning

Location is very central and short walk to beach. Rooms are very nice and beds comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool isn’t big but was enough for us.

We had booked room with balcony but got a terrace so only disappointment. However room was nice and at least close to pool.

The hotel was simply fantastic! Our stay felt like paradise, all thanks to the incredible waitress named Giotta. She was our sunshine, always attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Her warm demeanor made our vacation unforgettable. We would love to come back! 🌞🌴🌟

All the staff are very welcoming, kind, ready to help, giving you your space yet always ready to help. The property is very nice, modern and right in front of the beach and few beautiful sea view restaurants. The sea night was amazing and the price was very affordable for a fine dining experience.

Sometimes it’s difficult to find a parking nearby, but that’s not the hotel fault as it was the busy season

The staff here are amazing they made us feel so welcome! The rooms are so clean lovely pool area and you step outside and all the bars and restaurants are right there on the beach beautifully located. Gorgeous food don’t over order huge portions and very reasonably priced.. the perfect getaway thank you Kostos and your wonderful team for such an amazing stay where nothing was too much trouble.

Just the location of Almyrida is a bit far away from the main spots like chania so if you want to explore you might need to rent a car .

We enjoyed everything about this hotel, from the modern and sleek design of the rooms and lobby to the amazing services offered. Both the reception and the restaurant staff were attentive and very helpful. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious food, and some even changed daily. The pool wasn't very big, but considering the small number rooms it was more than enough, and there were plenty of sunbeds available at any time of the day. The beach is 1 min walk from the hotel and it has sand and clear water. Being in a little gulf, there were basically no waves even when the wind was picking up. The little town of Almyrida offers plenty of restaurants and cute shops and even has a nice gelato place. We even tried the gym, which had more than enough equipment for any type of exercise you want to do. Sadly, we didn't get to experience the sauna and spa for lack of time.

The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is the wifi, which is a problem in Greece in general. The wifi worked great inside the room, but when hanging outside on our little terrace we had to stay with our door open for the wifi to work.

From the first minute till the moment we left, the staff did everything they could to make our stay as best as possible. Next to that, the pool area is super fresh and cozy to stay at. Location could not have been better. 1 minute to beach and restaurants. The breakfast was super diverse and tasteful. At last, the room was also very spacious and clean. We also booked a private dinner on the rooftop. We had an amazing night with a fantastic view over the ocean. Christina and Giota took care of us with excellent service and really made the night special. The food itself was good, in some cases even superb! Don't expect magic taste wise, but the experience overall is definitely worth it! Small tip: don't eat too much for lunch as the portions are quite large.

The gym could use an update. With a bit of creativity you can work your way through it for 2 or 3 sessions but it lacks size and equipment. For lack of any other feedback points, I would suggest another recipe for the margarita :)

The most relaxing environment, effortless stay, staff were phenomenal and facilities excellent. Directly opposite the beautiful beach. I had the most enjoyable holiday in a long time.

Staff and lack of noise

Fab hotel run by excellent staff. The beds were very comfy . Lots of choice for breakfast only issue were the boiled eggs which always seemed to be rock hard! The pool was a nice size with very comfy sunbeds. The hotel did have a gym but I never used it.

I did not consider this to be a five star property at all, having stayed at many five star hotels around the world. The breakfast had no à la carte/ on demand options and the rooms were not terribly functional with nowhere to store folded clothes. The private ‘pool’ that came with our room was unusable as freezing cold and more of a channel that was in the shade most of the day. TV channel selection was very small with no ability to screen cast from your own device. For me this was more of a three star plus but it wasn’t too expensive at least.

The hotel is quite new. The pool area is so nice, so relaxing, and so beautiful. The staff is amazing, they are always helpful and make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is delicious and the variety is enough. Also, we tried dinner at the hotel which was quite good too. From the beginning till the end it was a great stay and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

On the bathroom floor, there is always water after you take a shower maybe this can be fixed. I tried my best to keep it dry but was inevitable.

The staff were amazing, really friendly and great service all round. The hotel was beautiful and immaculate. The facilities were also fabulous. It is striving to be a green hotel without impacting quality, which I appreciated.

I wish the pool had been a little heated. It was very cold!

The staff made it. Excellent service, always pleasant and friendly and a joy to be around. Really made my fiance's birthday special. Quiet & peaceful hotel that is extremely clean. Would definitely come back!

Only minor thing was 2 single beds pushed together rather than a double but other than that everything was perfect!
