No place for clothes. Not good for a longer stay

"Im Herzen von Keflavik" ist zugleich das größte Manko, wenn man - wie wir - von Samstag auf Sonntag dort übernachtet. Das Gebäude liegt unmittelbar an der Hauptstraße, wo die jungen Leute die ganze Nacht um die Häuser ziehen und Party machen. Dazu kommen die lauten, oft aufgemotzten Autos. Selbst morgens kurz vor 5 war noch einiges los. Da kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür, aber es sollte erwähnt werden. Mit geschlossenen Fenster ist Schlafen möglich.

die Lage. Wenn man nachts müde ankommt, hat man lediglich ein paar wenige Kilometer zu fahren und ist dort. Das Einchecken funktionierte reibungslos.

Unser Zimmer war winzig klein, das andere angemietete Zimmer war super, der Preis war jedoch der selbe.

Sehr stylisch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz. Großes TV-Gerät mit Streamingdiensten. Schöne große offene Dusche. Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Leider wird kein Frühstück angeboten.

Es wurde kein Müll entleert. Auch wurde der Frühstückssnack nicht aufgefüllt. Die Schiebetür zum Badezimmer war leicht defekt. Ein paar kleinere Reparaturarbeiten würden dem Zimmer gut tun.

Problem with a bit of noise from neighbor for a while.

Room space was pretty tight but functional and clean. Nice shower. They did promise “Micro suite”…

Ground floor next to the road felt a bit vulnerable. A bit of noise from the neigbours in the adjoining room.

Poor quality mattress, very small room

Room was very small but for one night was OK. TV doesn't work....

Close to the airport as early morning flight , clean

Very basic

The granola bars and yogurt were very nice. Location convenient to town. Can walk everywhere. The room was clean and the shower was wonderful. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were great.

The bathroom door was of the barn door type. There was a slight opening that made the bathroom not very private. Any sounds made in the bathroom were easily heard throughout the room. The gap in the door allowed a view into the shower. Not a problem if you are intimate with your traveling companion.

Breakfast minimal but satisfactory, good room and bathroom. Walking distance to food outlets and harbour. Close to airport. Didn't have to lug suitcases upstairs- room was ground floor.

Fix the flickering light outside....

Excellent location right next to the airport given our early morning flight. Liked the self check-in process and small breakfast snack available.

Well kept. Great shower.

You could hear a pulsing sound when the water was running in our room or a nearby room.

Convenient to the airport and accessible

The breakfast was ok (a skyr, an apple, a bar). The room was nice and clean, big bathroom.

The price was high for a five hour sleep. Some noise from a nighbour.

Self check in was good because we arrived very late. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The mini breakfast in the refrigerator was a nice touch.

The room was pretty small, hence the name Micro suite. But we were only there one night, and it worked fine.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Also the host left some good snacks for us. Although we had an issue with the toilet, the host gave us a different room to ensure that we still have a nice stay.

The first room was a bit too small.

Very nice place to stay for a solo traveller/couple. The shower was amazing. Nice supply of breakfast food and drinks, and toiletries. Instructions for entry were on time and easy to access.

I assume thinner walls - you can hear neighbours easily.

It was cozy, clean and perfect after a long day. we appreciated the snacks and thoughtful touches like the hangers, hooks and mirrors. The price for an en-suite bathroom was excellent. It’s convenient to the airport which was really nice since we had an early flight the next day. it was really helpful to have the number for a taxi service right there on the board.

We got there late at night so a few more signs and outside lights to help us find our room (104) would have been great.
