Really well located

The staff was very friendly and flexible with the check in time. Further they were quick to respond to our query and it was a very smooth process. The location is perfect as it is 10 mins by foot from the train station.

There were no toileteries provided, and no garbage bags to dispose the waste. Basic amenities were missing and should have been restocked.

lack of infomation. it took me more than an hour to look for the place even I got help from a man who lived in this city over 20 years. Think about you got off train and you spent an hour to look around with your luggage. It was very dissappointed

TV was not working.

The location is very close to city center and completely walkable. Parking is underground and public rates (cheap hours, free on sundays). The price is OK for location and size.

The room was not clean. There was dirt, dust, food leftovers, hair, and overall grime around the place. It would have been bearable for price/location if there would not be two cockroaches - one dead in the shower and one zipping around in the living room. We left in a hurry a day early. There's a hole underneath the shower, which may be where the cockroaches spawned from.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a small cafe a few metres from the entrance to our block of flats.

It was difficult to find our way into the car park. We also had problems getting the code for the key box and our inadequate German meant attempts to phone staff were initially unfruitful.

Little difficult to find the room but manageable. No channels on Tv other than YouTube does not function, remote does not work...the whole set is only for museum. Non working Hot plate was replaced after complain the next day. Heating not functional. No hangers for wardrobe only wall hangers. No compatible vessels for microwave. Water speeds too slow in basin and bath.

we had some trouble finding the place. Maybe a good location on google maps (coordinates or something) will help this.
