Ms. Maddie Greeted us upon our arrival and was extremely pleasant while making sure we have everything that would make our stay even more pleasurable. She was very knowledgeable about where to park our car and restaurants, cafes and grocery stores within walking distance. The location is PERFECT just a few blocks from Center and major shopping district. The apartment was comfortable and practical. Every room was very thought out to satisfy all guests. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was an added plus. Lastly, this apartment is in a very secure building even though the area itself is well known and considered a more upper class neighborhood. We highly recommend Ms. Maddie's place for your next stay.

very central location, next to everything , fully equipped even with laundry, very friendly owner. Maddie welcomed us and did not bother us during our stay . we really felt like home .it has quite some sunlight in the apartment but still it keeps very cool . we also had air condition but we did not use it much . soundproof windows keeping out the traffic noise . it is also very clean. we loved our stay

would have been good to have a safe box in the apartment . also something to hang the towels in the bathroom . the ones behind the door are not very practical for the type of towels that the apartment offers. Sometimes there was noise from the next door hotel or apartments during the nights . but otherwise the apartment had great soundproof from the car sounds.

The flat was better than it was initially described. The owner is honest and helpful. The location is safe and good, centre of Athens.

The location and comfort of the apartment were outstanding. There's a mini market, a lovely bakery and great cafes, pubs and restaurants within the immediate vicinity of the property. The building is super safe, super quiet and very comfortable. Felt like home. Perfect for a solo traveller, or a couple.

Me & my wife booked these apartments for 2 days. Unfortunately, it was too short for us😔, because my wife fell in love with this flat ❤. Hostess is perfectly kind and hospitable person. Our flight was delayed and she waited for us quite a long 🥰. The flat is absolutely cozy, sweet, comfortable. All appliances are quite new. You can find every household items here. Most of all we loved a bed. Comfy ☁️. Several museums, park, supermarket & shops are close at hand. We definitely would love to book that flat again.

The appartment was brand new very clean great location. The host was very polite and kind. This property has the whole package. Location facilities price . I would definitely recommend it for business or holidays.

A lovely, comfortable, well organized and clean apartment, in a good location. It seems that Maddie, the owner, thought of everything to fulfill her guests needs and make them feel welcome. The shower is a bit small, but as it is well organized it did not bother us.All in all the apartment is Ideal for a couple, and we really enjoyed staying there.
