The view from our private, spacious Patio, overlooks mature trees and an avenue of clipped trees with white plastered townhouses on either side, and then on out to views of the Ocean. Very pleasant.

We couldn't understand why, the Hotel placed other guests, above us, and to either side of us, when there were many empty available apartments adjacent to us.

More kitchen ware, ie kettle, bread knife.

I had to sleep over because I arrived one day before my ferry to Lanzarote departed. For the price payed, the place exceeded my expectations.

Everything was great as usual but for a first night with a noisy and not so clean neighbour. We told the reception in the morning and they were super friendly and understanding and changed us to another room, which was prepared quickly. The hotel is pretty close to the see, restaurants and the port where you can chill, eat, dance or do some water activities. Still lovely in winter!

A basic hotel that met all of our expectations and was very clean and spacious. Compared to the resort-style hotels in the area I found that this hotel was totally equivalent in quality and way less expensive.

Stayed here in May (had a few issues) so decided to stay again in June to check if I`d just been unlucky because the view is lovely and the appartments are a good size. This time the appartment was very good and will stay there again. Tip- if you do find something missing (plug for kitchen sink) don`t waste your`e time at reception-they don`t want to know. Ask the maids as they are wonderfull and will sort out any problems. Supermarket Dias at the rear of building and Consum up the road are very good.

Nothing much but the reception staff can be a little offhand and unhelpfull depending on who you see hence my score. I did find that an occasionall small shopkeeper complained if I didn`t speak spanish . I must try and remember the spanish for garlic. Maybe this is the way in Aguadulce. Staff in the supermarkets are very helpfull.

Good size appartment with large terrace. The view from the terrace is superb. The maids clean the appartment every day and are very friendly, cheerfull and helpfull. Great bar called Los Charros close by with reasonable prices,free tapas and pleasant staff.

The first appartment I was given had an electrical fault which reception new about but they still rent it out. The power kept shutting down and returning which caused the air conditioning to "Beep". Try and sleep with that. On complaining the next day a different receptionist told me it needed two cards in the light socket so gave me them. This seemed to cure the problem until Just after midnight then "Beep" "Beep" all night long again. On complaining to yet again a different receptionist I got my wish of a different room and a good nights sleep. There was no security with this room as the patio door didn`t lock. Decided not to complain again though as I was leaving in two days and wary of what I got in another room. Appart from that I enjoyed my stay, the view making up for the negatives.
