Room basic and clean, breakfast was okay. Staff very efficient and check in and out was easy. Location was great

Few more options at breakfast, lounge area/bar could be more inviting.

Great location on the Albert Dock and central to everything. Had to change room due to a noisy generator cupboard but second was better by far and staff were very helpful in dealing with this for us.

Some of the carpets were stained and could do with a deep clean or changing. Wish they had some disabled parking outside the hotel even on a first coming first serve basis. Breakfast was good, however I missed a hash brown as didn’t want mini roast on my breakfast. Scrambled egg was watery. Apart from that the stay was great

Super lokalizacja , uprzejmość Pan na śniadaniu. Czystość w pokoju. Śniadanie były bardzo dobre.

Recepcja byla nieuprzejma przy check in. Kiedy zapytałam o dodatkowe mleko , pracownik powiedział przez telefon że muszę zejść na dół. Kiedy zeszłam na dół pracownicy byli zajęci rozmową i telefonami komórkowymi. Wychodząc rano z pokoju została powieszona zawieszka o posprzątanie pokoju. Po powrocie o 17 zawieszka była zdjęta a pokój nie posprzątany. Po zauważeniu i poproszeniu młodego męższczyzny pracującego w Houskeepingu pokój został posprzątany bardzo szybko mimo że stwierdził że to nie był jego pokój . Dziękuję za szybkie załatwienie sprawy. Hałas wentylacji w łazience - brak możliwości wyłączenia.

The staff were friendly and welcoming good service, bed was comfortable and a nice sized room, the breakfast was mostly good.

There was a stain on the carpet in my room, as well as one on one of the beds in my room, the hashbrowns were very dry both mornings, there was an event on with loud drumming and fireworks right outside the hotel late in the evening, a selection of sparkling as well as still water would've also been better.

Bed was comfy, location was ideal. All amenities were available in the room: kettle, iron etc which we were grateful for.

The bathroom was a little dirty and dated, this could have been improved, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing everything was great all the way down to the breakfast.... the staff were 2nd to none so I liked everything about being there...

The location was excellent, right on Albert docks & only a short walk to the town and local attractions .

The staff were rude, the rooms were tiny and mould in the bathroom

Location - we were visiting M & S arena so it was ideal!

We like everything, our stay was a simple overnight stay and it was perfect.

Staff was friendly courteous and always willing to help.

There was a bit of damp in the room which we reported as the carpet on the let hand side of the bed was getting wet

Amazing location, friendly staff. I put in the notes when booking the hotel we were coming for my partners birthday celebration, to our surprise when we got into the room they had decorated with balloons and writing in the mirror and gave us a room with an amazing view! They even went the extra mile and kindly gave us some drinks tokens to spend in the bar as to say Happy Birthday. Little gestures like this make you feel even more appreciated as a customer. A stones throw away from the M&S Bank Arena and close to the local amenities of Liverpool (including Liverpool one and a variety of bars and restaurants). The bar was great and breakfast was fab. We will DEFINITELY be returning!
