Location

There was stains on the sheets. You can see stains on the mattress. We found hairs on the pillows. The bathroom had mold/dirt on the ceiling. The toilet was permanently stained. The shower has a bad smell. The area around the sink wasnt clean. The bedroom had peeling paint on the walls and was visually dirty. Tried to watch TV but the signal was lost when anyone walked in the room. Told the receptionist, they went to check. And thought it was a good standard. If they believe it to be in good condition then I dread to think how the rest of the hotel rooms are. The room we stayed in needed a complete refurb or a very deep clean. We left after 30 mins to a known chain of hotels for the same price we paid for this hotel.

No frills hotel but perfectly clean and comfortable. Good breakfast!

Nothing to dislike

It's my 3rd stay and it is perfect for work related stays, great price, right on the edge of town. Breakfast buffet is perfect for me, brilliant start to the day. Staff are so helpful. Because it is used a lot by business workers, it goes silent at about 1030pm, great for a good night's sleep.

Location -close to the airport. Walking distance to a nice selection of restaurants. Yoghurt available for breakfast was a bonus.

Bed was way too firm, did not sleep well at all.

It's very old and dated not worth £82 a night needs to have some work done on it needs new carpets ,painting a whole re fresh is needed urgently

Creaky floors everywhere, makes it difficult to consider other guests when getting up early.
