The shower hose had a crack, and water was leaking. We notified the hotel, and they promptly replaced it. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel.

There is no air conditioner, and the fan didn't provide much relief. When we were there, the weather was hot, and we struggled in the room. We tried to open the window, but there were mosquitoes.

Property was comfortable and spacious. Facilities were clean. Staff was accomodating and did everything to accomodate our needs.

Location, was a bit far away for all the tourist spots but was definitely quiet.

Actually, when we entered the room, there was a bad smell and bed wasn't clean.

In total, the place is perfect based on the price and the services they give. This place is very recommended, especially for people who want to stay longer in Paris or need a kitchen and utensils for a short stay. For first and short visit doesn't recommend it because usually, you don't have time to cook at home. When the supermarkets are closed you start your day and after they are closed you come back to the hotel. The access to the cheap bakeries around was perfect which is not possible in the city center or expensive places. So, it gives you an opportunity to test French breakfasts like Croissants besides drinking a perfect Espresso:) in the hotel nearby.

There was no soap available in the room and we asked the reception they do not apparently provide it. I think it's more important than shampoo or dish soap for being clean. We just had a shampoo to wash our hands. The sink for the wash basin was broken and we didn't have time to put time to tell the receptionist whose English was not so good. So we manage it just by putting a fork to let the water pass; disgusting!

messy neighbourhood, difficult transportation to Paris centre, need to change transport several time..better take a taxi. 2. deposit is too much, euros 100! up till today, they still.havent paid back..they said 3-4 working days, its more than a month now!

Wifi, it was awful, couldn't use at all. Each 30 minutes, it was running out to sign again.

Simple, clean and cozy appartment, very kind staff. Very sufficient to check in, get the keys, check out.

I missed a proper knife. Location is a bit far from metro, but we felt safe while walking around the area, so it wasnt big deal. There is one food store which has great opening hours in the way from metro to apartment.

When we got to the reception we were greeted by a friendly lady. We got a sheet with information on it and got our key. Later that night we left the apartment to go out for the night. Upon returning home there was no one at reception. There was a sign on the door with 2 phone numbers of apparent "watch men" who would be available if we are locked out. We rang both phone numbers multiple times, no answer. After an hour of calling and knocking on the door we had to make alternative arrangements for the night. Four 21 year olds on the streets of Ivry proved a very scary and dangerous situation. The next morning we came back and told the receptionist who was the manager what had happened, to where he was completely ignorant and told us that on the sheet was a code to get in to the apartment reception. I just feel that this should have been pointed out to us upon check-in, as frankly young girls we did not look at the sheet. We received no compensation for the one out of three nights that we did not stay in the apartment; and had to pay extra money for a hostel. We were also treated very rudely and with no compassion by the male manager, who shouted "good night, go to bed!" at us when we returned the following morning in the same clothes as the night before. This man was rude to us for the entire trip, and it took 2 months for the deposit to come back into my account. All I can say is avoid at all costs!!!!!

Very comfortable flat, freedom and independence allow you to feel at home. The kitchen was a lifesaver for those occasions when you prefer to stay at home and have dinner, and although the utensils were limited in number, it had everything you needed. Exactly in front of the entrance of the residence there is the bus stop, which you can take to get to the metro, easily connecting you to the centre. In any case the metro is about a 15 minute walk away, so quite easy to reach even for those who want to avoid taking the bus to make 3 stops.
