Great place. Incredible manager!! Super nice people. Very private. No one bothers you. However, you have to be a little self sufficient. If you are looking to be waited on hand and foot, this is not the place for you. the manger is incredible and the views ar amazing. If you like walking, and getting in shape walking.... book this space. You will be in the best shape ever just walking the hill. I will absolutely stay there again and would recommend to anyone who enjoys their space and few people!!

Some of the amenities were not working. No fault of theirs... Earthquake took out some of th infrastructure. nothing you can see but hot tubs don't work

The suite was larger than expected. The ocean view was fantastic. The jacuzzi on the balcony was wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly.

The only reason that I likely won't stay again is because the neighborhood is not walkable and the cobblestone streets make cab / uber rides too bumpy. You can almost get car sick going up to the top of the hill. The walk to the bus stop is difficult due to poor sidewalks. None of this is the fault of the hotel of course. It's a city-wide problem in PV.

I did not like the location in terms of being able to walk. the walk down was so steep and on cobblestone roads. I have a new knee and I have a fear of falling, so we always took in Uber.

I liked the attention provided by Jorge and Sergio. They were very helpful and Jorge helped us sort a health emergency very professionally.

The need to take a taxi to get to city center give the hotel is on a steep hill.

The location up a hill with no service to the beach.( sure you can Taxi to and from but I expected a shuttle bus) The WIFII in the room wasn’t great…but upstairs at the pool it was good.

The view and staff were awesome.

The listing was totally misleading. This is not close to town or the beach. It is close to nothing. Breakfast was not included and in fact there has not been a restaurant for years. Its a 45 minute steep walk down winding streets to get anything or go to beach.

There are alot of things that dont work properly or at all. It would be great if all the jaquzzis worked and tub jaquzzis as well. It would also be wonderful if you had access to a few american tv stations. Netfixs hulu paramount.

no coffee in the room but that's a minor inconvenience. However, there is a coffee maker

The view from the rooms is unparalleled. Simply stunning. And peaceful. Away from the bussle of Zona Romatica, it is only a 10 min tax to get there to enjoy it as well.

Daily room servicing (cleaning) was cursory at best.
