ALLES, ALLES SUUUPER, auch die Lage

Parkplatz aber ust nicht zu ändern, da Einbahnstraße.

Schöne Altstadtlage. Liebevoll rekonstruiertes und gestaltetes Haus und Wohnung. Netter kleiner Garten auf dem Hof. Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden.

Die Maisonettenwohnung "Landskrone" ist nicht für Leute mit 1,82cm wie mich geeignet. Laufend stößt und verletzt man sich den Kopf. Man bewegt sich dann gebückt in der Wohnung, mit der Folge, dass der Rücken auch noch schmerzt. Der Parkplatz ist 200m entfernt - abends ist es schwierig dort einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu finden. Die meisten sind Anwohnerparkplätze. Wer Balkons am Haus erwartet, wie auf einem Foto zu sehen ist, wird enttäuscht. Diese gibt es nicht. Die Einzelbetten stehen jeweils auf einem losen Holzklotz, wegen dem baubedingten schiefen Fußboden. Nachts rutscht das Bett schon mal polternd vom Holzklotz.

Andreas was totally cool when I arrived 10 minutes late (Es tut mir leid Andreas!). The location was superb. The apartment was clean + + + + + + Bed was wonderful. The apartment was furnished so tastefully and the fridge chilled my beer perfectly. Also, being 3 minutes walk to Poland across the bridge was beyond cool!! My apartment, Aldstadtbrücke, was only one flight up from the ground floor so was perfect after a long day of walking.

The only thing that might be an issue for others is the beds are at the front of the buidling and there are just blinds, not curtains, so you will have sunlight in your room (in the summer) from very early. I did not mind this at all but others might find it a problem.

The bed was comfortable and the location was ideal on the edge of the old town and near the footbridge across the river to the Polish side. The price was good for the quality. There were more than sufficient dishes and cutlery. The shower worked well and there were plenty of towels. The tv channels included an English-language channel - CNN.

A few bags for rubbish would have been helpful though this was not very important - I brought some old plastic bags. There was some noise of hammering and drilling apparently from upstairs on a couple of the days. I had some difficulty contacting the host in advance to find out about how get into the studio on arrival, and eventually had to call booking.com who elicited an immediate response.
