Good location. Good restaurants.

Rooms need to be furnished better by the management. For e.g. nicer , fresher furniture. Rather than using white sheets, which look dirty even after laundry, why not use newer colours such as grey. Bathrooms need some updating. For e.g rusty soap dished. I had to change room just because of uncomfortable feeling. But management especially Khaled immediately took feedback on board and acted. Very good of him and his team.

The room was not clean. The bed linen/pillow covers dirty, towels missing many days in a row. Really below expectations anything related to Housekeeping. They addressed this on the first night but still disgusting. They never picked up my calls, I needed to go down many times for them to do something. One of the guys in the front desk should not face clients, he doesn't make you feel welcomed. Front desk you need people who have client experience and can make you feel comfortable. Overall it feels overpriced for what you get.

When the air-condition did not work in our room they immediately moved us to another room

Needed to take a taxi to the tourist souvenir area.

A gym would add significantly.

Room setting and cleaning

Reception place was under construction or rehabilitation, yet the Receptionist was nice to help in guiding clients to find the way to the room.

Not clean. The hotel us crumbling down. No lights in the room to work or read. Overpriced. Bad breakfast.

Spacious room and fairly good breakfast; there must be a super Chef at the hotel. Restaurant Staff quite friendly and helpful 🙂 Plus the management printed my PCR certificate free of charge🤠

The hotel fittings are substandard not befitting of the hotel. There were no sleepers and a bathroom floor mat. The fact that I could not fix coffee from the room was😔

Excellent location, spacious room, very nice and dedicated staff. The food is great (loved the greek salad!)

Equipment could be renovated

location was good, room was spacious, meals at the restaurant were quiet good. Staff was good, especially Sheryl at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

rooms could be better equipped, no safe box, internet connection is not reliable, traffic noise.

It was by the main road so easily accessible

Wifi was weak and epileptic.

Great location, good food and very friendly staff at restaurant "LET'S EAT DINER".Rooftop spot is breathtaking, absolute serene environment. My room was kept very neat!

Shower room is somehow tight, floor towel changed only once for 5 nights stay! Require serious up-keeping; Internet connection is not stable, it was on and off repeatedly.

The Menu could be changed sometimes.
