The location and staff ,they were polite and friendly.

athe views from the dining area and a couple of the rooms is lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The location and staff were excellent. The fire in the dining room at night was a lovely touch.

Wi Fi was only available in the lobby and it was extremely slow. Our room had a dripping faucet and electrical sockets that did not work. For what they are charging these types of things should not be an issue.

Bathroom was too small

Awesome location, very comfortable rooms and an awesome kitchen. The menu selection and the quality of the food is well beyond expectations. The staff were very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to aid the guests.

Great Location with great views across the town and the valley. Easy parking and a very good restaurant.

Food was amazing and chef personally is available to offer you something delicious and he is kind to make some nice dish, we also go some very nice unique dishes during our stay. Breakfast was nice and they are open to get more varities.

Steps of restaurant is little dangerous, my daughter had a sever fall, luckily nothing happened, but they should take care of the steps and build a platform, its high time they fix it.

lovely location and the price is awesome

Location is very good. Stayed at the 2 bedroom Villa. View was amazing. Breakfast was good. It was my daughters birthday and they arranged cake at very short notice.

Restaurant menu should have a bit more options. And some more activities for kids.

Location was close to lot of siteseeing points. Food was outstanding.

Breakfast was good but expected a buffet. Garden was well maintained, and location was good. Staff were very courteous.

Rooms offered for price were not worthy. Even though it was peak season expected a better room for the high charged price. There was no ventilation at all. No fan No A/c. Manager offered upgrade of room at extra charges. No wifi in room, need to sit in reception for wifi, so idiotic would say.

we book the double room it is overpriced for the facility provided and seeing the room we were disappointed upgraded to the family quarters which has a good view.when u book please be careful when u book the double room.The pictures shown in website are the suite rooms

Front desk staff and Dining Staff

Room size was pathetic for the cost paid. No place to sit inside the room. You have to always rest on bed!!! Knees were hitting the wall while trying to sit on commode and head was hitting the wall while trying to get up. Guests were screaming and laughing till mid night since my room was attached to garden it was sleepless night. Window are not properly insulated to avoid hearing the people talks and laughs. Car parking is another circus! Hotel is charging a huge amount and can't even provide stress free parking!
