建物が綺麗でアメニティーも自分で選べるのでよかったです。

施設にカフェがついているのですが、宿泊者は割引になるのを知らずに使用しました。はじめに教えていただけたらよかったなと思います。

El hotel es muy bonito, la decoración tiene un estilo muy peculiar. También nos gustaron los servicios que prestan gratuitamente, paraguas, secadores dyson, bicicletas gratis, etc.

Las habitaciones no están pensadas para maletas grandes y no hay espacio para guardar las cosas.

The design

The room had no light, no natural air and it was very small with no space at all for our suitcases. We paid a lot of money to experience a traditional Japanese room and the two beds were like that. The other two beds though were not even mattresses. They were bed coatings just thrown on the floor. The room was rearranged to fit them even though it was a “superior family room”. It was like camping. The bed coatings were stored in a cupboard in the room that had a lock when the room was used by two guests (and this was exactly the room a room for two guests and not in any way a superior family room) and they smelled awful. We did not manage to get any sleep. The whole room smelled really funny. On top of everything on top of the small sink there were 4-5 shelves and the two top were so dirty!!!! They had never been cleaned! The check out time in my booking reservation was 00:00 which was funny so I presumed it would be at 11:00 like in most hotels we stayed at. Someone knocked on our door at 10:30 while we were getting ready to check out and said that the checkout was at 10:00 and we were late. We hurried to check out and checked out at 10:45 and at checkout they asked us to pay a fair amount for the one hour (45 minutes) we were late. Everything was just unacceptable. I would not recommend this place. Being an architect myself, please know that that a nice design of a space does not make up for everything!

The room was a traditional one, with tatami, low table. The hotel's interior design is very beautiful. The staff is so good, I realy liked the service.

The internet in the room was terrible. I couldn't open pages at all. I suspect it was the wifi antenna that was too far away. In this day and age, not having internet is really bad.

The room is clean. Location is not too far from the train station if go by taxi (5 min) and walking about 15-20 minutes. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, would like to try at the next visit.

The laundry is not to our expectation, but it's manageable. Dryer is taking too long to dry the clothes.

The hotel is by far one of the better ones that we have stayed in Japan over the years. We really love the design of the hotel and its rooms. Despite not being a huge hotel, it does have all of the needed facilities for a short stay. The staffs of the hotel are some of the friendliest and most helpful we have met. They go all the way out to assist us in getting taxis to the train station when we were running late. Hotel is also conveniently located near most of the popular sightseeing locations. We did most of our sightseeings on foot which can be reached in less than 20mins from the hotel.

The entire building is straight out of a modern design magazine. The room was compact but quite comfortable. The staff is helpful and the many amenities are thoughtfully offered. The central location was perfect for sightseeing. The cost was very reasonable!
