It was such a nice spacious place in a nice quiet area! Perfect location that was near everything. Patty was very helpful with any questions I had. Highly recommend & will book again.

Our 2024 Solar Eclipse visit was truly magnificent! Patty went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. The house was lovely and had every amenity we could have wished for! Thank you for making us feel so at home!

Weekend trip with family - guys went fishing, gals went sightseeing! Plenty of space in the house for cousins, grandparents, etc! The house was very clean and had everything we needed! And more! Our kids are older but this home would be great for families with babies/toddlers too! Books, toys, crib, etc. And Patty is very welcoming and communicative! Would definitely book again!

I rented Patty’s home for myself and bridesmaids the week of my wedding on Catawba Island. The home was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 9 and the kitchen had everything we needed and more for our stay! Patty was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Best VRBO experience ever!
Patty is an absolute gem of a host! We went up for the weekend for an out of town wedding. The house is very spacious and the location is perfect. We didn't have to ask for anything. This house is perfect for families with babies to adults. We had our family and niece - all over 20, but she has so many games for infants thru adults. Everything you need is provided, and communication is instant. I recommend this property for anyone looking to be close to Catawba, PIB, Kelley's, etc. You will not find a better host than Patty!

Fishing Trip
Property was as described. Plenty of space for 6 guys on a fishing trip. (Great location for that.) Property manager responds quickly with any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend this house for anyone with a large group.

Ohio Get-Away
We were in town to attend a wedding and this house was perfect for both convenience and comfort. My husband and I; eight children and his mom all very much enjoyed our stay. It was a very homey and wonderful place to enjoy a get-away and relax--everything from the back patio to the spacious living room and large dining room table--it truly felt like home! It was accessible for mom(86 yrs) with the side entrance (no steps) and a main floor bedroom and bathroom. We were impressed with the many supplies: extra towels, linens, soaps, sewing kit--even a full, large candy dish.... The owners have decorated and maintained the home well and are very attentive. I could go on and on--we would definitely recommend this property!

Felt Like Home!
So many little details helped make it feel like home. So many towels, additional pillows, blankets, etc. Plenty of TP and paper towels. A first aid kit, a cooler to use, beach towels. A full candy dish. Coffee station with coffee, filters, sweetener and creamer. I could go on! Lots of places in the living room for a large family to sit and visit. Owner is super quick to respond (a storm the night before had knocked out the WiFi, so I posted a message on VRBO; owner called within moments to walk me through setting it up again). Note: Some of the beds have super soft (older?) mattresses with some "sunken" spots. Be ready for that. That was literally our only concern!

Family Get-Together
Property is convenient to area attractions and lake access. Owner provided several amenities, such as cleaning and paper supplies and cookware, to help make the stay comfortable and home-like. There were ample sleeping accommodations and the outside table and chairs and firepit were an added bonus.

Great Place & Convenient Location
Property was well maintained and fit our fishing trip needs. Lots of room with various nice areas to unwind and relax. Would definitely rebook when visiting Marblehead again. Everything we needed for a comfortable time at the lake was provided.

Enjoyable Stay in Lakeside!
We had a very nice stay at Patty's home. She had stocked the home with anything we might need and even went above and beyond with snacks and Easter decorations! The location was convenient to lots of attractions and we were comfortable. Worth noting for other families, the house is right across the street from a Motel. We had zero issues but I felt a bit hesistant about it.
