Property itself was nice and well-maintained. Great view and quiet restful location.

What put a very sour taste in the mouth for the trip was that two days before arriving I requested details for how to get the keys - I received no response. I checked fine-print in the initial documents and it said someone would send us a whatsapp on the morning of arrival to provide details for how to get access and someone would be there to assist. We got no message, and then when we arrived no-one was there. So we sat outside for almost an hour phoning and emailing all the contact details we had from the booking - no response, and all calls went to voicemail. I went back to the security hut and THANKFULLY they were able to phone around probably to cleaning staff or so who could source the code for the key-safe to get the keys. Then Monday morning someone from VIP (the management company) knocks on the door to say we couldn't get the cleaner we had requested for the Monday as we requested too late - he said we needed to give 24 hours notice. I said I had given 48 hours notice, and he said nothing. I then told him about issues getting access, he said that is because I am not on Whatsapp. I said I was on whatsapp. He then said it must be because I had given the wrong number. I asked him to check on his app - and we together saw that I had provided the right number but that they had mis-copied or mis-typed the number into whatsapp. He then said "I wonder how that happened". So once they were unable to Whatsapp me - they didn't Email me, they didn't call me, they didn't meet me. If the security hut hadn't been able to assist I would have been stuck without access. And the best part - not even an Apology - just "I wonder how that happened". Once their office finally responded to me when I explained what had happened there, also no apology. Lovely property, but no chance am I booking anything run by this VIP crowd again.

Town and resturants are not far, quietness and the view.

The property was good.

The electricity was not loaded enough,it was finished for 2 hours.

The view and the peace and quiet

Not exactly a problem with the property but please try to communicate with the clients that the garage doors don't operate during loadshedding do that people are vigilant. Cars get trapped and you need to go and eat out even if it means a cup of coffee.

We liked most of the facility.

The towels, linen and bedding is very old and needs urgent replacement. At this price, this should be of a good quality. The linen and towels appear to have been in the facility for many many years.

The location and the view

Everything was perfect

everything was exactly as what was portrayed in the site’s pictures. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were more than enough.

There was just a few blankets and that accommodated a few individuals worst part that was the coldest weekend ever with rain. I believe more warm blankets should be packed in all the wardrobes especially when the temperatures will be low for the weekend because it is in a very cold and windy area.

The estate is great clean and beautiful houses, sea view nice even though you can't access it

I booked a place 4 weeks prior to our arrival and when we arrived the place was not ready we had to wait 2hrs, pool was dirty my kids couldn't swim, washing machine not working, duvets had stains and reported it nothing was done, dining room chairs old and couches also old and had smell, one set of towels, very disappointed I will not recommend anyone to book that place you don't get value for money, pictures you see on the website looks pretty but when you get there different story, found mouse in the house
