The apartment was really nice, spacey abd comfortable. The view is beautiful.

We spend almost two hours first day to find the way to the see. It's not far, but there are three hidden passages and each is hard to find. The explanation is not sufficient and the host stopped answering phone. Very sad.

fantastic location and view, great sunsets and easy access to the beach. nice and responsive staff.

just maybe a bit more of kitchen supplies would have been great

The terrace of the property is absolutely stunning - amazing view and really big space. The kitchen is super equipped and very comfortable to cook.

The mattress in the master bedroom is very hard and old, the pillows very flat. Also, the house has a strong smell of humidity which is not comfortable at night when the windows are closed.

The 4 bedroom apartment upstairs satisfies every need, really, the perfect amount of wind helps on hot summer days, the view is just crazy, the kitchen is fully equipped, you will even find pasta and tomato sauce in the kitchen. The good amount of stairs until the nearest beach is doable even with 3 small kids, but for the grandparents it was a challenge. Arenzano itself has good restaurants and italian charm. The host is very kind and always available.

If you do not pay enough attention while booking - like I did - you miss to realise that there are two apartments in the villa. One with the huge terasse ( one bedroom) and one with 4 bedroom and balcony.. The houskeeper woman does not speak a word of english, so it isn't that straight forward when she gives you the 7-8 keys and remote controls.. entrance gate, sun shade, air conditioning..etc. The nearest beach is barely used during the week, which is fantastic, but still 2 sunbeds with umbrella is 45 EUR per day. Other than that, you got the beauty what you see on the pictures.
