Palazzina molto vecchia e un po' fatiscente Appartamento ristrutturato con gusto ma solo parzialmente. Peccato.

Location in center; oldish / not stylish building but Apartment on 6th floor was fine; lift rather very small so walked the flights of stairs first time as initial thought of claustrophobia! After that okay. Free parking is public street parking 5-7 minutes down the street - depending on which parking area is available. One can park with emergency indicators on in front of apartment to unload luggage - if there is space of course.

Instructions on how to get into the apartment building to retrieve the key would be helpful, as well as the name on the doorbell (to get the main door open to get into the apartment building - from the arcade - to be able to push the lift button; the lift door by the way is not in the apartment block but in the sort of arcade. You need to go up to the apartment to be able to retrieve the key from the key box next to the apartment door. Thus getting into the building to start off with is essential. To do this we rang the contact number who then explained all of the above!!!!! The internet (wifi) didn’t work as apartment 6b has a repeater and something must have gone wrong with the original connection. I didn’t buy that the fact that I was told by the person renting the apartment that it was due to the work of new pipes in the street. Therefore suggestion by apartment contact to make a hotspot! That isn’t what you expect when it says Wi-Fi on the site. Therefore a negative The power sockets in the wall were loose (hole too big) and so rather risky putting in your electric stuff and pulling them out! The whole thing can come out! Definitely something that needs a lot of attention by the landlord! Therefore another negative. However, overall an okay apartment and further no complaints.

The host is very kind, speaks English,and very helpful.The property has all the facilities for babies.

Excellent location, accommodation, view, facilities - everything. Hosts are very warm and welcoming, we really felt at home :)
