Roberta, the host, was superb and made us feel very welcome and comfortable thoughout our stay. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was well-stocked and the breakfasts were magnificent. We recommend 11th Floor Suites to anyone who enjoys the personal touch.

The beds were very comfortable. The B&B is spotless. Rooms are a decent size and have a balcony that you can sit out on. The breakfast was delightful. Roberta is so lovely. I was taken ill during my stay and she was very attentive offering me anything she could do to help.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious, clean & had a balcony overlooking the castle. Roberta is such a wonderful host & was so helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything! Exceptional blend of pristine and cosiness. I couldn’t recommend this accommodation more. It’s host, the lovely Roberta, prepared a beautiful breakfast each morning, thoroughly cleaned our room each day, and provided a warm and friendly environment during our stay. We felt very comfortable and happy throughout.

The property was absolutely beautiful and so clean! The view was amazing and it was such a cozy stay. The fridge in our room was fully stocked at all times and she also left out snacks in the kitchen that we could eat at any time. Roberta was very helpful on telling us where to go visit on our day trips. The breakfast was out of this world!! It was so delicious and fresh every morning.

Everything. Roberta is such a lovely and generous host. The accommodation is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Very well air conditioned. Breakfast is incredible. The secure parking nearby is very affordable and relatively easy to drive to from the airport if you're not used to driving (and street parking!) in Italian cities.

Roberta is a marvellous host meeting us on arrival carefully showing us all the facilities giving us a lot of welcome information about sights transport maps restaurant guides, everything we needed was on hand. In addition Roberta was generous with her time and knowledge a great ambassador for Cagliari and Sardinia. An enthusiastic and very kind hostess. Really there was no a thing that could have been better other than the hot weather but no one can manage this issue and we did travel in July.

Brilliant area with secure indoor parking one minute from the location. 10 minutes drive to the main beach, 10 minutes to beautiful old town. The view from the balcony is amazing, with views of the sea, Marina, and the town itself. The breakfast was made with care and it is fresh every morning, including fresh juice, coffee and tea. Our host was kind, has good English, and loves her work. She even suggested where to visit which made our holiday 10 times better. It felt like we were coming to visit a relative. The rooms were clean and excellently presented.

The breakfast was wonderful and it was a perfect welcome to Cagliari and our first time in Sardinia. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Finding a parking space can be tricky. Though this has nothing to do with the excellent accommodation.

Roberta is the most wonderful host you could imagine. Kind and generous with her advice, she'll welcome you at her home as if you were a family member. The view is breathtaking, and the view itself is the reason that it's the best place to stay in Cagliari, but as if that wasn't enough, the amenities really give a luxury feel to the experience. The host prepares a big, glamorous breakfast which includes regional products, a bit different each day. In your room, you will find a set of cosmetic products. The towels are changed daily. The location of the B&B is - in my opinion - perfect, a simple 15/20 minute walk to the center, and you have a fresh fish market and the best bakery in Cagliari right under your door.

I'm a light sleeper, and the walls are unfortunately thin. However, a simple solution of ear plugs saved the day!

It was sparkling clean plus decoration and views from the place were amazing! Roberta is a lovely host, she kept in touch to know when we were arriving and also shared the highlights of Cagliari plus beach recommendations, the breakfast is very good as well

It was well put together, and felt like stepping into an exhibition.Most importantly, it was very clean. Our host Roberta made our stay extra special with a well thought out breakfast and plenty of advice on how to get the best out of our trip. She went the extra mile and assisted us even after we had left with some information when we needed a local's advice at a later point.

Roberta is a lovely hostess . She gives a lot of recommendations, does lovely breakfast . The accommodation is homely and decorated with passion.

Roberta is one of the greatest hosts we have ever had! She gave us lots of good suggestions. Everything was better than expected. The suite was really clean, with a great view of the city. The breakfast was divine, with local products. If we ever go back to Cagliari, we will definitely stay in these suites.

Roberta is amazing! This place is so awesome to visit Cagliari, since you are central and can walk to nearly everything through the beautiful small roads. She gave us valuable tipps and preperared a delicious breakfast every morning with fresh ingredients from local markets. Coulnd´t imagine a better place to stay in Cagliari. Highly recommended!
