There were two gates to enter, which looked identical - the instructions did not specify which gate to take nor did the instructions give a correct contact phone number to the property manager.
Communication and instricions were very bad.

Great location and facilities. Exceptionally equipped villa, lots of great additions coffee pods, tea, detergent, dishwasher pods etc. Very comfy beds, beautiful view of the lake and walking distance to town and local pub. Great communication from owners, would highly recommend.

Everything is very good only bedroom on first floor looking beautiful but is smells on moisture especially if door is closed ,during the night.I thing like ventilation in second bathroom is not properly installed and make bad smells in the room. That's what I have to say about my experience. But we really enjoy in your house except that

Fantastic location and grounds (when no works onsite) and suitable accommodation for our needs.

lack of openable window in downstairs bedroom only French doors that had to be closed at night. so quite stuffy.
