The staff were lovely and the location is brilliant for exploring Cardiff city centre.
The bathroom needed some updating but the main issue is that we were visiting the weekend before Christmas and the hotel were hosting Christmas parties in the conference rooms. For some reason we were placed in the room closest to these and the music kept us awake until the early hours. We were also right next to the car park and laundry service, which also then woke us up early. The rooms are also unbearably hot!

The Room was too hot in the night for the both of us .We could turn the temperature down but apart from that it was great

I was hoping for a nice bar area with lovely, comfy sofas & nice ambience. The bar felt very basic & so we didn't use it.

Our friends were put on a different floor (even though we booked a year in advance almost!)
Their room was very noisy as it was on the front.

Staff so helpful.. got a complimentary upgrade and staff called us to check in early as our room became available. Brilliant

Reasonable sized room with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Well located for where we needed to be.
It generally felt a little tired and our bathroom needed some attention to the bath plug and toilet flush.

Very good location with parking
Tricky getting out of the car park into the one way system (got fined for driving in a bus lane we didn't spot the sign for). Not the hotels fault, but worth being aware of

On every visit to Cardiff which we visit about 3 to 4 times a year we always try and stay at this hotel
Breakfast included in the price we paid, it was a bit expensive when other hotels are similar price including breakfast

The location
Where do I start.
Out side my room where fans that were operating ALL night, and noisy.
For breakfast I was told there was no warm food due to a issue in the kitchen !
Additional £20 for car parking , parked our car in the small tight parking and noticed scratch on car the following day.

The room was spacious & the bed comfy. The hotel was clean throughout and staff helpful. Ideal city centre location.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & was really happy with the hotel & room. Would 100% stay again.

From outside ( the alley side on Sunday morning). From other rooms while people talking( can hear very clearly) or doing "exercise".
