Perfect location, lovely bright, clean hotel with friendly staff.

Todo. Muy amables en recepción y, aunque llegamos tarde y un poco justos para el horario de cocina, nos dieron de cenar muy bien, por cierto. La habitación amplia, baño incluido. El.colchon algo blando pero fantástico para mi gusto. Sin duda, recomendable.

Que el suelo de la habitación sea de moqueta.

Room was a bit small but not very small. The shower was excellent and had good control of hot and cold. Decent wifi , which keep going on and of at times.

There was a minor misunderstanding about check out time which was smoothed out later though. Over all the staff was courteous and cleaning staff were very helpful.

Nice hotel, besides the name, there's nothing Dali about it. It's modern, nice rooftop and good breakfast.

Rooms are a bit small. Can't even fully open my suitcase on the floor.

Great hotel, check in was efficient and friendly, a nice comfortable clean room. Good quaity resteraunt on site for an evening meal and good bufet breakfast. No complaints.

I booked last minute because I was not intending to stay in Perpignan. I am glad I did because staying at Dali hotel Perpignan felt like a reset from my busy life in Barcelona. The bed was comfy and the rainshower relaxing. Also the location is perfect, central and in front of a beautiful parc. The rooftop and garden are also nice. And the late check out at 12 was great. No rush to get out of the hotel.

The staff. Fabulous bunch of people. They were so helpful and attentive. Particularly, on the reception, Jalena, Chloe, and Anthony.

No English on any TV channels, which can somewhat reflect a management attitude, but I may be wrong. British flag in tatters hanging outside, which I commented on. Hopefully, this will be renewed. Needs sun loungers on the roof terrace as nowhere really to relax.

Over many years of travel this was the finest hotel breakfast ever. Fresh ingredients and prepared and presented to the highest quality. Quiet room. A bath. Great location.

Lovely staff. Parking was good. No WiFI in the rooms meant we made friends with guests in the reception area, who like us had to come down to read our emails, newspapers etc for WIFI reception

Excellent staff, quiet and clean room, happy to stay there again.

On one evening, possibly because of an unexpected rush of new guests, the restaurant was understaffed. The man on duty was brilliant and worked very hard but it was stressful to observe. People had to wait and some complained.

The hotels location was ideal for us. It faces into the city's park, in a very quite location. And yet you are less then a five minute walk to the old center, 15 minutes to the train and bus station and within walking distance to all of the other sites that Perpignan has to offer. The hotel is kept very clean.

The hotel did not live up to our expectation. When we booked this hotel we did so as it came well reviewed and was rated as a four star. We did not find this. When checking in we were informed that the wi-fi was not working on our floor. We asked when would it be fixed, They couldn't tell. I had three Zoom meetings arranged over the week that we were staying there. The hotel reception offered me a quite area in the lobby or a "meeting room" for a "half an hour - without charge"!!! We booked a suite with a balcony. The sofa in the suite was old and damaged, you could not sit on it. We found the room to be dark, the carpet thread bare and the bathroom though modern and spotless had no ventilation whatsoever. We used the "gym" each morning, it is a very small room in the basement - no windows. There was a total of four machines in the room one of which was broken and looked to be for awhile. There were no weights or matts to use, although they kept the bottled water well stocked. Due to the layout of the hotel, you must pass reception every time you enter and leave the hotel in order to use the lifts. We stayed there for a week. At no time were we asked about our stay or how we found things - we found this most unusual.

The staff were nice

Too far from sights. The airco was noisy and barely functioned, which made sleep difficult. Our visit is in mid May and the duvet is a thick winter one. The room is very narrow, about 40cm between the bed and the window. Someone with mobility or weight issues would find getting into bed very difficult.

Very helpful staff. Have stayed here before and will be returning again for another rugby match.

The cleaning lady broke my mums perfume by mistake, however the hotel didn’t want to take responsibility to refund my mum.
