Food was great. The room was great.
They only have a 1hr window for dinner (6.30-7.30) - it would be nice to have more flexibility to start dinner at, say, 8pm.

Staff was super friendly especially restaurant staff. Dinner menu is really a great deal and value for money
Price is very good for the facilities (sauna / pool) and location but there are charges for everything like parking (quite common in Davos) and bathrobes to go to swimming pool.

Opening hours of Sauna and restaurant should be more tourist, guest-friendly - you can only eat till 7 30 pm and use the Sauna till 8 pm - should be till 9 pm...

Very friendly and prompt breakfast staff (nice continental buffet), excellent housekeeping, private ski lockers.
Parking is 15 CHF perr day, but very convenient and thus, well worth the money. There are a lot of kids, so maybe less ideal for the noise sensitive traveller.

location was ok. close to the bus stop and to some smaller lifts.
skiroom very poorly equipped. lockers too small, no heating or space for ski boots. no real space to sit to put your ski boots on.
good was not goof. breakfast options were extremely limited. Dinner quality was just average/ below average. for the price paid you expect better food.

Good budget hotel with good location and large rooms. There is a free swimming pool too. Very good value breakfast.

The food was not appropriate for a hotel. I’ve never had such a bad quality for dinner.

Many thanx to all the staff for being so attentive, best regards to my server at dinner time Paula who did an amazing job while being always nice and helpful. I want to thank as well the man in charge of the night bar for being a great and professional person and also the recepcionists who were always happy to help.
Maybe the pool-sauna facilities could be expanded a bit, the hotel is big and there is space for it.

Large and comfortable room, good beds. The facilities, pool included, are new. Warm welcoming and extremely kind personnel. I was there for a running event and they allowed me to shower in the spa area after I did check-out. I would be very happy to be back.
