Cette belle maison récemment construite (2015) est située à seulement deux pâtés de maisons de Sherman Oaks, à 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro la plus proche et à moins de 3 km du célèbre boulevard Ventura avec tous ses magasins et restaurants! LA est une ville construite pour la voiture, vous ne serez donc jamais proche de tout et le plus important est de ne pas être trop loin de RIEN et c'est cette maison. Universal Studios est à seulement 15 minutes, Santa Monica à 20 min, Malibu à 35 min. Nombreuses randonnées et activités de plein air à moins de 10 minutes. Cette maison vous donne un accès inégalé à tous les principaux sites touristiques de LA, y compris Universal, Beverly Hills, Malibu, Santa Monica.

Trois des quatre chambres ont une télévision, y compris le BR avec des lits jumeaux pour les enfants, toutes les chambres ont des rideaux occultants pour dormir, une literie de luxe et des matelas de qualité supérieure pour assurer une bonne nuit de sommeil confortable. La maison est au coin d'une rue avec un peu de circulation, mais vous ne recevez aucun bruit à l'intérieur de la maison grâce au placement des fenêtres et aux fenêtres à double vitrage partout.
L'espace extérieur se compose de plusieurs zones pour passer du temps avec des amis et la famille tout en faisant un barbecue dans le beau temps californien! Vous avez le principal espace extérieur TRÈS GRAND sur le côté avec deux canapés d'extérieur haut de gamme près du barbecue pour socialiser pendant la cuisson et un grand hamac pour deux personnes pour se détendre pendant la préparation des aliments! Deux très belles chaises longues en plein air avec des parapluies personnels et des serviettes de villégiature plus une douche extérieure zen pour se rafraîchir sous le chaud soleil californien. Juste à côté du salon, vous avez un autre petit patio qui est confortable et entouré de feuillage et vous pouvez vous asseoir et vous détendre ou prendre quelques verres.

We used this place for a mini family vacation. It was great for our large family. The commute to universal was 25-30 min with traffic. All the appliances worked great especially the coffee machine which we used a lot. The rooms were a perfect setting for us. Family area/kitchen were very open and inviting. There’s private parking for at least two cars which in California is amazing although it involves a little maneuvering. There’s no direct access to the yard from the inside of the home but that wasn’t an issue for us since we didn’t use the area. No issues with neighborhood, neighbors or community since it is secluded. Overall great house and I would book again.

We had a group of 8 adults & this property was perfect for our overnight stay. This cute home is very clean & has been updated. Shawn was easy to work with & very prompt with any communication.

We stayed in the home for our Christmas break with our family and kids. We had good time and the home was perfect with all amenities listed the most accurate way possible. There were 2 minor issues but Shawn and his team handled it perfectly and followed up with us whether we are satisfied or not. Overall it was a nice home and I’m glad we made some lasting Christmas memories.

This was a great place to stay for us and our daughter, son-in law and 4 grandchildren. We particularly appreciated the electric kettle as we are tea drinkers. The snacks were a surprise. We would recommend this property.

Booked this house for a few nights and we loved it! So welcoming and warm. Felt like it could have been our own. Rooms are spacious. Chairs were super comfortable to relax in at the end of the night and watch some Tv. Pretty much a fully stocked kitchen so we were able to make a few dinners at the house. The beds were great! So comfy! Very convenient having a washer/dryer. Convenient location for our itinerary. Close to stores as well. Would definitely rent again. Shawn is an amazing host.

Overall, I had a mixed experience with this rental. The house was tucked away behind a hedge and had plenty of parking. It was also big with 4 bedrooms and it was available within a short notice. However, there were a few negative aspects that made my stay less than enjoyable.
First, there were cockroaches! I saw them in the kitchen, the bathroom, and the bedrooms. This was very gross and made me feel uncomfortable.
Second, the mattress was very uncomfortable. I'm 30 years old and I have no back problems, but I woke up the next morning unable to move. The mattress was not comfortable at all.
Overall, I don't not recommend this rental home. The positive aspects were outweighed by the negative aspects.

Overall the property fit our needs which accommodated our group of 10. The location was very convenient to universal studios and the hollywood walk of fame. There are abundance of resturants in the vincinty and a grocery stores. The only thing is you have to pay attention to where you turn because you may miss the house.

4 friends attended a conference at Paramount Studios. This house was in a perfect location for local studios. 4 bedrooms were perfect for the four of us. We had a convenient Target, Ralph’s and Starbucks close by. Our stay was perfect. We found nice restaurants near by for dinners.

It looks nice in photos but not in person. All tvs are out of date. Quality of beds are ikea brand which is not the greatest. Property houses up to 12 guests but does not have enough seating in the living room for even half that capacity. Only high chair seating for dining option. Found bugs crawling in pantry. Outdoor looks nice but you have to access it by going out the front of the house. Doesn’t make sense why you can’t make noise considering that neighborhood and the complex next door was very noisy after hours. Beds in the 4 bedrooms only sleep 8 and they have air mattresses which is a plus. Tons of mystery boxes in the bedroom closets. Bathrooms are not good either. Shower rod had duct tape helping it stay up and shower curtain/liner didnt look like it has been changed. Velcro residue on the tub that may have been for a shower mat. Overall experience not great. Happy me and my family werent in the property much but upset on how much we paid.

Overall the stay was ok. It is right on the corner of a busy street so the traffic noise in the house is substantial. The beds were very soft so a trip to my chiropractor was needed when I got home. Don’t count on the roll out twin beds unless small kids will be on them. The mattresses are very thin. The tv is satellite so though we tried to watch a football game, weather prevented it. The propane was empty on the grill and while we could have filled it, the inconvenience made it less than ideal. Overall, it worked. It was clean and secure. The communication was timely and the only big things were the soft beds and the traffic noise. Also, the master bedroom frame creaks loudly with the slightest movement. It was nice having laundry on site and having room for three cars was great. It can be hard to get out in the morning with traffic because it is right on the corner.

A group of nine of us stayed at this residence. There was loads of space and everything was clean and functional. The patio area is very large, but we never used it due to rain. Owner is easy to communicate with. I wouldn't call the place (or the neighborhood) "luxurious," but it definitely met our needs.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The house was big & cozy enough for us to all hang out and relax while we waited for the heat to cook outside.
Our last night the neighbors had a very loud party and you could hear it throughout the house, the host once notified did all he could to help and even let us stay a little bit longer after check out to get the proper rest we could before getting on the road again. I would def come back.
The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Only stayed 2 nights to meet up with family and go to Universal Studios. Location was great. Able to accommodate our party of 11 comfortably.

Shawn was very prompt in his response time and communication so we were looking forward to our stay. When we arrived at the property we noticed there was trash in the front porch. I messaged Shawn to let him know of the fact. Checking in was pretty smooth. When we walked in everything seemed to be clean however my daughter took her shoes off for just a few minutes and the bottom of her feet became black. We noticed that the floors were not sweep and pretty gross. I messaged Shawn regarding this matter and he sent cleaners over within a few hours. The cleaners came at 5:30 pm and asked our family to step outside for them to clean. I wouldn't have mind however it was cold and windy outside so I told them that was not ok for us as they were not very considerate of our situation. We compromised with them just doing a quick sweep of the main hallways and bathrooms. I felt that their cleaning was not adequate as the water was black after one sweep and they didn't change the water and continued mopping with dirty water. After that incident our family finished unpacking and that's when I noticed that there was still hair (long and short) in the bathroom counter and cabinets (in both bathrooms). I didn't message Shawn about this as I just cleaned the counters and cabinets myself to ensure it was clean for my family and I didn't want the cleaners to come back. Later that night I wanted to drink some coffee with my dessert and noticed there was still water in the Keruig machine. When I took the water container out to wash there was an awful smell to it. The water was murky and smelly, not sure how long it stayed in there. I had to wash it a few times and air it out before using it the next morning as my appetite for dessert was gone. The next day when I went to shower as I was pulling the curtain close it felt slimy. When I took a closer look the curtains were pink and moldy. I was so grossed out. Add to the fact that there were two huge beetles in two of the rooms the night before, I wasn't sure that the house was actually cleaned prior to our stay. The morning of checking out I attempted to do laundry so that we don't have as much to do when we got home. Once my load was complete I moved the clothes into the dryer. I also took some of Shawn's towels and started a load for him so that we could throw those in the dryer before we leave for him. However, to my chagrin the dryer was broken. The dryer would heat up however it was not spinning the clothes.
