Value for money, great location and friendly staff. It was lovely to swim in the clean pool.
Bed moved across floor.
Shower screen needs to be wider…bath mat became very wet.

The man who owns and operates the hotel (from the 1970's) is so nice, comes from the days when someone can't do enough for you. A really genuine person. The rooms are beautiful, all done up. Safe and secure with a pristine pool and safe off street parking, in a very nice neighbourhood, close to shops, markets, the airport and the City. We loved our stay in Darwin. Thank you, we'll be back!

Staff were amazing! Even when my car broke they helped facilitate in getting it fixed during my stay.

It was false advertisement on booking.com that they had a bath in the family room. That is why I paid extra for that room. The service was awful as there was no one at reception on arrival which was around 5pm. The keys was left outside in an envelope. No one would answer the emergency call number provided. I rang 3 different numbers that was given, emailed and messaged on booking.com. I had no response and still haven’t. The lock chain on the door was also broke.
Wasn’t happy with my stay! I don’t recommend.

Very central location but very quiet. Off street parking was plentiful, and the room and hotel were very clean.
The only thing I felt would have been nice would have been bedside lamps.

Loved the location in the suburb of Parap.
Location, location, location. Very close to the Parap markets on Saturdays and near the Raging Bill Tavern which is soon going to be called the Pickled Parrot. Fantastic 250gm sirloin steak med -rare for $24. Yum! Also close to Mindil Beach market and the Darwin Art Gallery and Museum. Even if you don’t have a car you could walk there or hop on an electric scooter, which are very popular.
Well we believe the Paravista motel is about to undertake room renovations. The place is a little dated. The mattress was very comfortable and all linen was clean.
Everything was supplied. Cutlery, tea towel, kettle, sachets of tea, coffee, sugar and soap and shampoo.

No elevators and heaps of stairs. Looks like other people live there and rooms rented out. Old and out dated.
