The house was warm and inviting. It was very clean and tidy and the facilities were amazing. We did not need to bring anything with us as it was all provided, apart from our personal goods. The owners were brilliant with their communication and friendly, as well as flexible. The location is perfect. Right off the main street, close to everything, nice wide driveway to park in, sensor lighting for security. Even getting access to the key was easy, especially as we arrived around 2200.
The bed was not comfortable, but that is a personal preference.

We had a wonderful stay at All Seasons Pt Elliot House. The house itself is fabulous- spacious, clean and has everything you need for a great stay.
Location is fantastic- only a couple of minutes to the main street and short walk/drive to the beach, and for those with young kids, a couple of minutes walk to a small playground & reserve.
Fantastic property-would highly recommend!

Beautiful home in central location - walking distance to Main Street, train station & beach. Has all facilities you could need, lovely backyard for a bbq. Can’t wait for our next stay.

We enjoyed the central location, the property amenities, including a very well equipped kitchen, and the clean and comfortable accommodation. Right in the centre of town and an easy walk to Horseshoe Bay, the Cockle Train, Lakala Reserve, and the coastal path.

Everything was so well maintained and placed on this property. We felt like being at our home, with all the amenities available. Helen was kind enough to provide a portacot for our baby. Just the right amount of things in the house. We neither felt congested because of too many items nor did we feel short of anything. There was an outdoor parking area which can accommodate 2 cars. Was located close to the famous bakery in the area.
The property was just fine. Indoor parking could have helped.

Lighting in the living area was a bit dull and the lounge was difficult to get out of.

The location was excellent - in the heart of the township but within easy walking distance of the beach.
The only thing that we would have liked were electric blankets on the beds!

The location is only a stone's throw from the bakery and everything else we could need or want in Port Elliot. Our hosts were friendly, patient and helpful. The house and clean and lovely!
There were some ants that we had to put poison out for. Otherwise everything was good.
