Situé sur la côte sud à Hastings, Christ Church, vous êtes au meilleur endroit pour découvrir la Barbade. La promenade de la Barbade est juste en face de la rue qui se termine à la plage populaire de Rockley (Accra).
Notre condo est de 1450 pieds carrés avec deux chambres à coucher climatisées et deux salles de bain. Les portes françaises de chaque chambre et salon ouvrent sur l'immense balcon.
La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend un mixeur pour préparer des boissons fraîches. L'unité comprend également une laveuse et sécheuse en suite, câble T. V., Internet et téléphone local.
Les magnifiques jardins et la piscine sont un endroit idéal pour se détendre et se relaxer. Le condo est fermé et dispose d'un grand parking à l'avant et vous pouvez profiter de votre propre place de parking à l'intérieur de la zone fermée.
Juste à côté se trouve Lanterns at Hastings qui a tout ce dont vous avez besoin; restaurants, dépanneur, magasins, aire de restauration et banque RBC.

We had an amazing first holiday in Barbados and Rod and Wandas condo is the perfect place to stay. It had everything we needed and more. We were greeted by Jamilla on arrival and she showed us around and provided all the information we needed to know for our stay. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony watching the hummingbirds and relaxing. We also enjoyed having a dip in the pool and we always had it to ourselves.
The condo is in a great location to get to the beach, enjoy the boardwalk and head out for something to eat and drink at the lovely local restaurants and bars, we all gave our holiday 10/10 and hope that we will come back to enjoy it again soon.

This apartment exceeded our expectations . From the outside it was very secure and security arrangements were easy to use .
The apartments was huge and very well laid out with good size bedrooms and large modern bathrooms .
Lots of towels and beach towels too which were a great help .
The kitchen was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with absolutely everything we needed .
The apartment was in a fantastic location which was important to us . Very easy to walk to some upmarket restaurants and open air bars with a shop next door for essentials like milk , fruit and ice cream !
The balcony was the highlight of the property and had various furniture configurations for relaxing , eating and playing cards . We loved watching the hummingbirds over breakfast .
The gardens were very well kept and the pool was never busy but always clean .
Would definitely stay here again and we are already looking forward to it !

Phenomenal! Perfect accommodations (generously appointed with the best deck and many updates in the unit this year), location and weather.
A stones throw from the beach, great restaurants (❤️Naru), and coffee shops (❤️ArtSplash).
The owners and management are fastidious and great communicators- all so quick to respond to any and all questions.
When it comes to Margate … it is simply perfect!

We were so lucky to stay here for a week and would loved to have stayed longer! Now that we know how great it is we want to come back! Rod and Wanda were extremely helpful from the beginning and always available to provide help or information if needed . They gave great suggestions for places to eat and things to do! They said the location was perfect and it really was! We loved the big porch at condo and enjoyed morning coffee while watching the humming birds . There were big blinds that could be pulled down on the deck for shade or privacy that were much appreciated, and as the condo was on the 3rd floor there was always a nice breeze. The bed was very comfortable along with the AC in the room we had a great sleep every night. The condo was fully equipped, above and beyond. There were beach chairs, lots of beach towels a cooler on wheels and a small library of books that were so useful to take to the beach. Rockley beach is beautiful and just a short walk from the condo. We felt very safe and everyone was so friendly. Lots of frequent buses and transportation close by, but it was easy to walk as well - you could walk to everything you would need. We were lucky enough to be there for the horse races, a 20 min walk or 5 min ride.

Gorgeous and fully equipped apartment with everything needed for a beach holiday. Hosts were very kind and respond quickly to our messages. Perfect for families with little ones, our toddler loved watching people in the pool from the balcony. We hope to stay again!

We just returned from a nine night stay at this wonderful, two bedroom condo, conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had a fantastic time! We especially enjoyed eating breakfast on the extra large balcony overlooking the lush, tropical gardens, and pool with a swarm of hummingbirds every morning! Very well equipped kitchen was helpful as well as the beach chairs, fins, and pool noodles, as well as an abundance of beach towels. We did rent a car so we could visit all parts of the island, but ironically our favorite beach turned out to be Rockely within walking distance down the boardwalk. The air conditioning worked great in the two bedrooms.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Not only was everything clean and ready upon arrival, but the apartment was located in a very central and convenient area. We had a wonderful time exploring the south coast and the entire island. Would stay here again! 10/10!

The apartment is perfectly clean and everything works well, the bathrooms, the air conditioning and other equipment and the kitchen is very well equipped. Beach items and diving equipment in good condition. The owners Rod & Wanda and Jamella were very attentive and attentive whenever we were well. We had an amazing stay at Margate Gardens. Host was amazing and the listing was on point. Hoping to make this our permanent vacation rental. Margate Gardens was as advertised and more. Clean, modern and in an appropriate location. Close to the beach, food court, groceries and souvenir shopping. We had an awesome time. Apt for staying in as well with the appartment being equipped with A smart TV, accessible pool and balcony with lots of seating for eating or lounging.

This was a great property. It was very convenient to shops and the beach. The property was well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the pool and walking to the beach. We would love to stay at Margate Gardens again when visiting beautiful Barbados in the future. The staff are very friendly and the owner was very kind, calling to check on us during our stay. We are repeat guests, for a reason! Excellent accommodations in a fabulous location! From booking, to check-in and check-out …. Everything was seamless (thx. Jamella) and so relaxing. The owners are very attentive and it shows in their level of care of the property. The gardens and pool area are beautiful and so quiet. The boardwalk is a real bonus to the area and exposes so many wonderful restaurants and beach bars, all within walking distance.

Margate Gardens is a beautiful resort-type property with lush gardens and a sparkling clear pool. Our unit was spacious, clean, well appointed with all necessary equipment for home and beach. The spacious porch overlooking the pool became our living room. Within walking distance to many great restaurants - Tapas, Salt, Chill Bar, Baby Doll, Tagore’s Kebabs & Curries to name a few. The boardwalk is just across the street and is a pleasant walkway to beaches and restaurants. Everywhere we walked we felt very safe. Barbadians are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The island community is environmentally conscious, requiring recycling and using biodegradable takeout containers. A convenience store is located next door in Lanterns Mall (international restaurants here, too) with many essentials. Note: take your bags as there is a small charge for plastic grocery bags. This was our first trip to Barbados and we’ve already scheduled a longer visit in 2024.

This condo was really spacious and clean. The gardens and pool are very well kept. The open kitchen, living area and large covered patio made it very comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio every night and the humming birds in the day are fun. We met several long time neighbors who were really friendly and offered great happy hour suggestions and places to go. The location of this condo is right across the street from the beach with a great boardwalk to Many restaurants and beach access. This also included maid service. Overall this was a great spot to stay and we would visit again.

The condo is very nice in excellent condition. It’s has just about everything you need and more. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are perfect. Amazing! Rod and Wanda are more receptive and accommodating than any hotel or vacation property that we have ever visited. The location is perfectly situated by all that you need; beaches, dining, groceries and anything else you could possibly think of. We travelled with our 4 year old and had an incredible holiday, our daughter keeps asking when are we returning to “our place” in Barbados? The unit is equipped with anything that you could need. The complex feels and is safe, I not once did we feel uneasy or concerned about our unit or the complex; and we are people who look for things to worry about. The grounds and pool area never feels busy and the occupants of the other properties are welcoming, we never felt like a “unwanted renter” by anyone we came into contact with and this was with a 4 year old. I cannot say enough about Wanda and Rod, they have the ability to anticipate your needs before you come to realize you’ll have them; truly outstanding hosts. The groundskeepers, the complex and the location exceeded our expectations. We will definitely book again!

We loved our stay here. Condo was so big and we loved the huge balcony where we spent many evenings chatting and enjoying the sound of the frogs or watching monkeys in the morning!.
It was just my sister-in-law and I and we each had our own room which we appreciated.
The condo is about 7 minutes walk to ACCRA beach and the owners have thought of EVERYTHING - Coolers, beach chairs, towels, any tool for the kitchen you can think of. A few wonderful restaurants nearby including TAPAS and SALT CAFE.
Imart was right next door for incidentals - and while on a busy street, we did not hear the traffic at all.
Would love to rent it again and would highly recommend it!

So this property at Margate Gardens is absolutely gorgeous. It was perfect for my wife, mother in law and 2 kids (2.5yrs and 6 months) with a beautiful pool and tons of beaches nearby. My grandmother's house was right around the corner so I can tell you everything is nearby and walking distance. Hastings coast rd has tons of taxis, ZRs (mini bus) and transport busses all there to take you downtown or wherever you need to go. Rod and Wanda are fantastic caring owners and even contacted us halfway through our trip to make sure everything was to our liking. Jamella the property manager is super responsive and very knowledgeable about the property. Our flight back to Canada was cancelled and they both worked to make sure we were accommodated and comfrotable for the extra night. Highly recommend this property and thank you Rod, Wanda and Jamella.

Our stay at Rod & Wanda's place was great. We have stayed at Margate Gardens before as we love the location and ease of driving or walking to carry out errands or eating and liming out.
The beauty of this property is that they have renovated/modernised the living areas and bathrooms so the unit felt alot nicer than other units we have stayed in.
Rod kept in touch with us and went above and beyond to help reorganise some hiccups we had. He was extremely responsive and generous in helping us and ensuring we enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen had everything we needed and there were additional supplies for the beach eg. Beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel mask & fins, beach chairs. Oasis by the beach
We stayed at Rod and Wanda’s condo and felt right at home. The apartment was located in a great location and we used the recommended Transportation by William. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and Rod and Wanda were attentive to any questions or requests. We loved the pool at the apartment and frequented the restaurants across the street and walked to beach daily. We would stay at Rod and Wanda’s again and highly recommend their place to any visitors.

Everything was perfect!
We had three weeks of sun, sand and siestas!
The property was perfect for our family of three; two bedrooms, two bath, with a central living room/kitchen/dining. We spent a great deal of time on the large deck overlooking the pool - it was so relaxing.
The property owners and the Margate local management team, were very helpful and very friendly. This complex is immaculate and very well taken care of - the gardens are spectacular!
We loved the proximity to everything - the short walk to the beach (across the street), many food choices and the Lanterns Mall has everything you’ll need. We LOVED eating at Baby Doll - some of the best tacos and pizza’s we’ve ever had!

Margate Gardens is a fabulous location and property!
Rod and Wanda’s property could not have been more perfect for my husband and I. We had ample room with the 2 full bedrooms and fully updated bathrooms. The property is clean and very well maintained from the pool to the beautiful flower gardens. The location is across from a great beach, lots of restaurants and bars with live music. Take in Tapas for amazing food, and Blakey’s for their live music. The unit is very clean and has a cleaning lady that also comes in once per week. We will stay here again for sure! We didn’t have to contact Rod and Wanda for anything because it was all great!

Amazing as usual
This is our third time at the condo and it was amazing as usual. The condo is well situated so that we could walk to everywhere, with Covid this was really important. Everyone who stays at Margate Gardens and staff are extremely pleasant and respectful. Last, but not least, the hosts, Rod and Wanda, are incredibly nice, helpful and responsive. They respond immediately at all requests I sent over and were so pleasant. Absolutely Amazing!!!
Our stay at Grand Hibiscus at Margate Gardens in Barbados was incredible to say the least. The condo is absolutely beautiful, with spacious rooms, kitchen, and living area, an amazing balcony with multiple access points, and a quiet garden, pool view. In addition to the wonderful property itself, the condo is in a perfect location right across one of the best beaches on the island and walking distance (or a short drive) to many shops and restaurants. Last but certainly not the least, the owners of the condo were so kind, gracious, and welcoming during the entire process. They even gave us a thoughtful phone call during our stay to wish us happy holidays and to ask how we were enjoying our time in Barbados. Truly superior all around. I would highly recommend staying at Grand Hibiscus!

We can’t say enough about how much we loved staying at Margate Gardens! Rod and Wanda have stocked this beautiful condo with everything we needed to enjoy this location across from the beach. From coffee shops to shopping to great restaurants, this area in Christ Church Barbados has it all. Plus, in our opinion, the best beach on the island (Rockley/Accra). Living in bliss
We just want to say Rod and Wanda are amazing hosts and they go above and beyond in everything that they do. From the second we walked in we fell absolutely in love with the place. The condo feels like a tropical paradise from the beautiful colours throughout, the decor and most impressive patio. It’s the type of place that feels so good you just never want to leave.
The patio is one of our favourite features and we spend most of our time there. From watching the hummingbirds feed to the stunning sunsets and star filled nights, this place truly is a gem.
We stayed on the west coast first which was lovely but when we came to Hastings we knew this was the spot for us. It has a prime location across from the beach and boardwalk and many excellent restaurants. The vibe of the south coast is what we loved the most of Barbados. It has lots of life and fun things to do within walking distance or a short VR bus ride away.
I highly recommend Margate Gardens and we will be back for sure as this now feel like our home away from home.

SIMPLY THE BEST
Look no further. You have found the one. This condo had everything we needed for an exquisite stay. We came for over two weeks in September 2020, very much during the Covid-19 pandemic. Rod and Wanda were the most gracious hosts, responding frequently and understanding when we had to change our dates muliple times. The condo itself feels like home right away. Everything we needed/wanted, we had - fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach cooler, snorkel gear, boogie boards, outdoor dining table, huge porch with an ocean view, comfortable beds, quality sheets, etc. Margate Gardens itself is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Barbados (Hastings). There are 10+ restaurants and a small market within walking distance of the condo and the beach is even closer. The gardens and grounds of the property are beautiful, and we loved swimming every day in the pool. Overall, we can't say enough positive things about Rod and Wanda's place- but, most importantly - the hosts themselves. Thank you Rod and Wanda- we will be back!

All I can say is thank you Wanda & Rod for letting us to stay in your place. It really felt like home ... even my teenagers sons mentioned that! The apartment was absolutely amazing, really comfortable and relaxing... i spent many hours sitting on terrace, relaxing with rum punch, listening to crickets. Garden is so beautiful and gives the whole place real holiday feel. Location wise... couldn't be any better, walking distance to various restaurants, shops and of course beaches.
