El personal súper amable y atentos para cualquier pregunta o sugerencia de lugares. Los desayunos muy buenos y los tés me encantaron al igual que los pasabocas ( excelente opción para tardear). Definitivamente regresaría a este hotel!

Los único que recomendaría pero sé que quizás sea un poco difícil es que en la habitación suite con vista al fondo del océano, si se pudiera limpiar el vidrio de vez en cuando sería genial. Sin embargo, no deja de quitarle belleza al lugar.

Super freundliches Personal und das Zimmer was sauber

The hotel is very centrally located in Bocas town. The pool is nice for the hot days. The restaurant has great food and drinks. It is just a few minutes from the airport.

Unfortunately all of Bocas Town and the island is undergoing road work and it was very dusty and hard to transit.

Excellent; could be the best in town. Location is perfect, next to the docks and great restaurants, including the hotel's own. I asked for and got a higher unit - two floors up - and spent much time on the balcony, watching the world go by. It was surprisingly quiet, and most nights I slept with the balcony doors open and A/C off. No mosquitoes either. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable, and there's a spa tub! I also liked that the maids would make up the room while I sipped coffee on the balcony. Two bikes are available for guests to rent at a competitive price.

Filling the tub takes quite a while; not much water pressure, no big deal. A microwave would be nice because the coffee maker turns itself off when finished, so your last cup might need a bit of re-heating.

Si la habitación es triple , el sofa cama debería tener colchones a la altura del Hotel , porque las camas del Hotel son una maravilla, y el sofa cama es muy básico

Todas las instalaciones y servicio del hotel excelente

No tiene que ver con el hotel pero igual le resta y le afecta, el mal estado de las calles de la isla falta de voluntad de la gestión gubernamental para arreglar estos temas en un sitio tan turístico.
