The receptionist was fantastic! So friendly, so helpful, 10/10! We had an interior room, it was nice and quiet. Room was spotlessly clean, lovely beds, great bathroom, very powerful shower. Breakfast was nice. Great location to all the main attractions.

Nothing for us, but our friends had a room at the front on 1st floor and it was a little noisy from the bars/restaurants around the small square.

The location is fabulous and set right on a pretty square with restaurants around it. The Plaza Mayor is just around the corner. The university and it's fabulous buildings, plus the cathedral are a short stroll away. You can't beat having your own little kitchen. We requested an inner courtyard room for quiet. At first, the room looked cramped, but there is a place for everything and it is great. Bed was big (king) and very comfy. Lighting and outlets were nice. Bathroom was modern and not cramped. The kitchen is tiny, well equipped, and it was so nice to have, although we mostly ate out. The designer did a great job. The breakfast is very nice and includes boiled eggs, fresh oj, cafe con leche, and an assortment of meats, cheeses, croissants, and other goodies. It's not a huge buffet but it is very adequate. The kitchen lady was so friendly and we loved her. She spoke only Spanish but her communication style is understandable in any language. We loved the receptionist, who was as friendly and helpful as could be; her English was quite good. Even the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. There is a top floor relaxation room and a small outdoor deck with seating and views over the city. You can't drive a car up to it and the garage is a bit hard to get to (just follow Google maps), but once you do it, you're set! Stay a minimum of 2 nights to feel like you settle in and have plenty of time to wander the streets and sights.

Great location - central place,, so you are close to many of the historical sightseeing points, restaurants and bars all around , parking was close, so comfortable to get there even with a car. The room was clean, the reception lady was helpful.

The breakfast area is very small and stuffy, so you might not get a place at any time, not a lot of things left to eat, so it was not worth for the price paid. Noisy even during the late hours of the night (but this is normal for such a central area)

Excellent client service experience. The staff was super helpful and supportive on any request or recommendation asked. The hotel was clean, charming and rooms very comfortable. The also have all what you need to heat a meal or prepare a quick meal if you're tired after the full day visit. I would highly recommend the Hotel. Thanks.

The location is perfect right on the heart of the old city. The room is clean and spacious for a family.

A major problem in the AC system. The room temperature was super hot. Uncomfortable sleep.

Great location near touristic points of Salamanca, very clean and comfortable room, wifi worked pretty well, delicious breakfast, and lovely staff.

Parking is outside the hotel (close but it's another company) and maybe it could be cheaper.

The suites are very well appointed and have everything necesssary for a comfortable stay.

The location is excellent in terms of proximity to Salamanca's main attractions but noise from the square below continues late into the night

Location was fabulous -1 minute from the Plaza Mayor. All the staff (special thanks Rosa, Macul) were exceptional and responsive, and checkin was efficient and smooth. The apartment is completely modern, with a small but effective kitchen. Bathroom was completely upgraded. Breakfast was a very good selection. We got (paid) street parking about 4 minutes from the apartment.

Parking is a bit of a chore, but Salamanca is an old city, so it is constrained by what is possible/permitted With luck, you should be able to do what we did. Add tea as a breakfast offering. Maybe add some small labels to some not so obvious things in the apartment e.g. the switch to lower/raise the window shutters.

The location was fantastic, the staff friendly and helpful. Lovely, well equipped suites with a very functional layout and nice finishes.

The room has underfloor heating and cooling. This may be economical, but it is very slow to respond and has limited effectiveness in cooling, even when the outside temperature was already cool. The fan helped on our second night with the window open, but with some noise from the street cleaning etc.
