Tastefull interior, extremely cosy breakfast. Unique location! What a place <3

Lovely large room with very high ceilings and doors that swung open for a beautiful view. It was still pretty chilly when we visited Valdemossa but the radiators in the room heated up quickly. The breakfast is wonderful and the room where you eat is charming, lots of windows and views out, lovely sunlight, couches and fireplace.

Breakfast was incredible. One of the best I've had in a while. Really great selection and fresh orange juice.

Everything was pleasant.

Very rudimentary furnishings with no space to store anything in shower or anywhere in the room. A apple crate turned on its side was all that was available. Shocking.

Breakfast! You got to your table in the morning and had to fill in a form to let them know what you wanted. Not sure why? Could they not just have provided a menu?

Right in the heart of the town with direct access to shops, bars, restaurants, churches and museums. Great rooms.

Fantastic breakfast, inside or on patio. Tick a box and fresh, delicious items appear. Avocado toast a nice choice. Fresh OJ & good coffee. Really pleasant helpful staff. Rooms with views to die for.

Directions. As they say DO NOT trust google maps, but a hint would have helped. Its a delightful location, and very easy to get to (on foot, as is all of Valldemosa).

The hotel was perfectly located right in the center of Valdemossa We had the most spectacular view as well from our balcony windows of the entire town and the mountains

It got a little hot in the room and there was no air conditioning.

That they had spent money on the important things, like wonderfully comfortable bed, excellent sanitary ware, shower etc. great fans to keep cool, really helpful, warm staff, felt as though nothing would be too much trouble if it helped us. Liked the comfortable sofas in the living area and the choice of tables inside or out for breakfast. Great idea to have a trust bar so we could access drinks at any time. Good car parking ticket arrangement, that was really helpful.

Missed having a croissant at breakfast! Not keen on their bread I’m afraid! They really need to have a clear sign with the name of the hotel displayed visible from the street below as we had REAL difficulty finding it, only possible because of the helpful people we met along the way and finally by a resident spotting us in the street below and telling us we had arrived!!!! We were not the only ones who had this problem!

The price, over 200€ a night was overpriced for this hotel. The breakfast, was nice out not a buffet to choose from as is usually expected in hotels

The hotel was perfect in term of design. The room was really nice. From window there was an incredible view! The staff was really kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good also.

Parking isn’t available close to the hotel, you have to ask ticket to entry in the pedestrian area to drop in and drop off baggage. We did but actually wasn’t impossibile to entry because there was an event. The attic room was really hot, there is not air conditioning. There was not laundry service other than indicated. There was not luggage storage service, finally they did but after special request to the responsible (never happens to me before). At the check out we payed the bill with bar service and others but without details, we have been payed a number wrote in a small post-it… when I asked details they didn’t know. (never happen to me neither).

just a bit hard to get luggage to the location over a cobblestone walk. would not be a good fit for anyone needing walking assistance, cane or wheel chair.
