The staff were friendly. The room and bathroom were both clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The undercover parking was good with direct access to the petrol station next door. We would stay again.
The room was small but that was not a problem to us.

Reasonable priced accommodation with a small underground car park. The rooms are adequate, comfortable, a decent size and have really good showers. The hotel has a decent restaurant. Good accommodation for an overnight or a few days stay.
The bar might be a bit noisy.

The tavern was in a good location, and the room was comfortable. It had an undercover carpark which made it easier to secure our bikes on the back of the car.
The steep narrow staircase leading up to our room. Very hard for me to negotiate with an overnight bag.

The price is great, location was good. We had dinner in the bistro and it was exceptional. The rooms are small, but well appointed and comfortable. Staff we friendly and welcoming.
The bed is a double bed due to the size of the room, so if you’re taller be prepared that your toes might hand over the end!

Two separate rooms for the kids and adults in a single unit. Bathroom was modern and fresh. Everything was well cleaned and there was a decent amount of mini milks provided for tea & coffee.
Main bed could have been a little bigger otherwise it was quite comfortable.

Friendly. helpful staff - particularly nice young bar staff and housekeeper. Excellent location as I could walk everywhere. Being able to have a takeaway from the dining room in my room was also very helpful.

Great location on the main road in Bairnesdale. We were attending an event at the Mitchell Tavern therefore it was perfect for us to just walk upstairs at the end of event. Clean room at a very reasonable price, great for a one night stay
It wouldn't be great for anyone with mobility issues as you must be able to climb a flight of stairs.
