We had an excellent stay at this property. Modern and recently decorated. The rooms were very comfortable, staff very nice and attentive - we could easily see ourselves staying here for several days. It is very conveniently located 300m from the beach, where you can find a really nice restaurant, and a sailing club which organises tours with a catamaran to visit the islands of Lavezzi. The beach is about 8/10, there are much nicer beaches 30 min North. There are also 2 chargers for electric cars - but check-in with the reception for adequate session start and end.

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming

The location and amenities were wonderful. The food on site was fantastic. We loved our stay here, if it weren't for the ants in our cabin.

We had so many ants in our cabin, in the bathroom, bedroom, in the sheets, kitchen counters, etc. We tried various cleaning agents, but none of them worked.

- Staff is very gentle and kind! they waited for us since we arrived after the allowed checkin time. Thanks! - Location is very close to Bonifacio but you need a car (we were aware and had a car), it is a 10 minute drive. This is a plus, since you are very close and not need to deal with the high number of tourists in Bonifacio. Also, there are a couple of beaches close by in case you don't have a car. - The overall facilities are good, and view from the house was pleasant. Pool area is nice and there is a food truck for breakfast. If your plan is to stay all day in a pool at a quiet facility, this must be the place for you.

-Bathroom is very small, the size was not comfortable at all. Closing the door was really difficult (at least at our house) - The residences rules asked you clean your dishes before leaving, not a bad policy. But we found dirty dishes, it is clear the previous guests did not follow the rule; and there was not a quality revision from the cleaning staff. - Breakfast is limited, not an issue if you have a car to go to the supermarket (that is what we did), when I say limited is in term of options in case you have any sort of allergies (i.e Celiac) - Price for the type of facility is high, the daily price was much higher than other places (i.e Hotel, ARBNB house) we stayed in Corsica and Sardinia. Maybe due to limited offers close to Bonifacio.

Casarina is a highly charming place with one story buildings organized spaciously in a lush green hilly garden. around Gorgeous pool, great coffee and food and extremely helpful staff. They made it possible for us to get a taxi through difficult terrain to see our friends - much appreciated

The location is so close to the beach and a great beach club. It has a wonderful garden and pool area with the cutest van serving drinks and meals we loved it

Lovely property and setting. Can walk to the beach and a few restaurants. The check in person was very accommodating as we were late to check in but she still stayed for us!

In this clinate zone you have to be prepared for ants and the house was free of them but the smell of anti insects detergents was to heavy.

Hardly any water pressure in the shower. And matras wasn't very good.

Casarina is nice place with bungalow and villa style accommodation. It's new and has nicely designed rooms, some with a very nice view. It's situated a short walk from the Maora beach and a few minutes drive from Bonifacio with good access to the southern part of the island with a variety of beaches.

The access path to the lodging is only partly paved, and if you stay in the higher situated rooms, there is a steep, dusty piece to walk (not nice in flip-flops) and you can potentially meet oncoming cars from other guests. The breakfast situation - you can either order breakfast brought to your room, where it comes in various cardboard boxes (probably eco friendly) and enjoy in-room or on the balcony, or you can go to the residence's own food truck located near the pool, which can be quite a walk (see comment above). The whole set-up is a bit annoying - and pricey - and we frankly did not enjoy it.
