We knew the location well but this was our first time staying on the beach. Yes sand gets everywhere, but we were expecting that and all items needed to keep on top of it were made available. Clean, very comfortable and homely. Perfect for the beach holiday we wanted.
A bigger fridge would have been really useful as the weather was so warm, we needed to keep everything refrigerated. But not a dislike, and the only thing I could suggest to better.

Location was fantastic, the quality of the furniture and all the kitchen bits and pieces were of hi quality.

Excellent hosts. Outstanding communication throughout. The property is absolutely perfect for couples, kids, dog friendly. The cottage is full of everything you need and the welcome locally sourced milk, crisps, ginger cake and apple juice on arrival was a nice thoughtful touch. Comfortable beds, bedding and towels all great and appreciated the electric blanket on the chilly nights. It’s the most perfect seaside cottage with stunning views. We Can’t wait to return.

Perfect location on the beach.
Water pressure in shower! Windows in front bedroom only opened a little so v hot! (I realise this would have been a safety measure).

House on the beach couldn't ask for better. We had a lovely time so quiet as weather wasn't the best but that didn't stop us. Found a pub round the corner to walk to for meals and drinks. Rye was our favourite place we went to, pretty little town we loved it. We went on the miniature train which was great we went from New Romney to Hythe and Dungeness. We visited Bodiam Castle which was amazing. Had a wonderful holiday.
House was a bit cluttered with stuff, including cupboards which left us limited space but we managed as it was just us two.

Everything in the cottage was wonderful, there was everything we needed and much more. The beds were super comfy including the sofa bed which was made up for us.
A lovely welcome of home made cake, biscuits and apple juice were much appreciated. 😊
