Апартаменты достаточно большие и просторные, находятся в тихом районе города, есть собственная кухня и стиральная машина. Кондиционер спасает от жары. В общем пользовании - утюг и гладильная доска.

В апартаментах требуется ремонт. Старая мебель, темные стены и местами облупившаяся краска - это не то, что хочется видеть во время отпуска. В ванной комнате отсутствуют какие-либо стенки или перегородки для душа, из-за чего на полу постоянно стоит вода, что особенно опасно, если вы путешествуете с маленькими детьми. Апартаменты находятся довольно далеко от моря. В описании заявляется о 700 метрах, шагомер выдает до ближайшего пляжа 1700 шагов, в общем, где-то 1,5 километра там в реальности. Нормально, если вы путешествуете на авто, но опять же с детьми - это много. Идти приходится по достаточно открытой местности, тени почти нет, в жару будет непросто. Рядом с апартаментами находится какой-то ручей с не очень чистой водой, из-за чего ночью не только квакают лягушки, но и прилетает много комаров! Пришлось искать по местным магазинам средства против них, иначе поспать спокойно не получится. Платная уборка. Тоже не самый приятный "бонус" этого места проживания.

Good price for this Apartment

We traveled as a group of two families, 5 people total. At arrival we were greeted by host who helped with the luggage and showed us rooms so we could make sure that everything suited our needs. 30 minutes later we were downstairs drinking amazing complimentary home wine with the host who answered all of our questions and gave us tips and suggestions on what to see and where to go in Batumi. Host also provides great tours to different places and also has cars for rent. Excellent hospitality, clean, quiet and comfortable rooms with AC and kitchens, 5 min walk to the beach. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Best value for the money! Strongly recommend this place!!!

Broken Washing Machine, and uncomfortable beds 🛏

Rooms are clean and comfortable, all the amenities were there. We only had breakfast at the property and i must say, for 10 gel, it was quite nice! They also serve a Swedish breakfast for 15 gel, but we didn’t have to go for that option because the one for 10 gel was really nice.

The property was a little hard to find, on google maps when you search for 37b apartments or on yandex app, it doesn’t show the exact location but about 50- 100 m away from it. Put location as ramazis sakhli apartments and 37b apartments is sort of behind it, (10- 20 m behind) you should be able to find it then.

The very first is host’s hospitality. The whole host’s family treated us as friends and made everything that was needed for our comfort staying (which was almost one month). Accommodations are cozy and part of the time we were working with our laptops (i.e. there is enough room for this). We’re glad we’ve chosen this place and would come here again.
