The view of the lake was amazing! The property is great for families because it includes waterpark passes.

We are very pleased with our stay and would absolutely one back. It beats staying at any of the outrageously expensive dirty motels in town! We really appreciated having some space with our 2 teenagers. The washer and dryer was nice to have, even though we only stayed 2 nights. At least we came home with clean pool towels and soccer clothes! The best part of this unit is the patio. Watching the sunset from there is a treat!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (teen and two tweens). It has everything you need to cook/grill. The rooms were very comfortable and the deck offers an amazing view of the lake. The water park offered weather day activities (indoor swimming) and was very convenient. Would absolutely recommend!

Owner forgot to have facility cleaned between rentals. Owner apologized and we quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Nice condo with great views. Good location with a short drive to Arnold’s Park. We really enjoyed our stay and the lodging was very comfortable and met all your needs. Would recommend and rent again if in the area.

We were in Okoboji for a couples golf tournament. We loved the condo and it was a great central location to get to restaurants, golf courses, etc. We loved the view and the open living/dining/kitchen was perfect. We definitely recommend this beautiful condo!

The location of the unit is great and the view of the lake is fantastic. The accommodations were as to be expected - nice but not spectacular. We stayed in the unit over the Labor Day Weekend and the water park disappointingly had one half closed each day - either the inside or the outside area. They say it's because students went back to school and they can't adequately staff both sides, which I can understand but is nonetheless disappointing. They explained that they posted it on the website the day prior to justify the closure - as if that's when I booked the unit with the expectation of a water park area that was 50% larger. If you're going to pay peak season prices, it should be staffed like peak season capacity.

Gorgeous lake views. Only downside about the town- many restaurants and shops close Monday and Tuesday, so check into that before visiting okoboji. We loved the location and the town and all of it. Highly recommend.

Condo was fabulous! Very clean, comfortable beds, all the amenities provided for anything we needed! Quiet with a fantastic view of the lake. Just a quick walk to the resort where we had access to all the resort activities. All in all the best Okoboji has to offer!

Had a very good experience. Owner was responsive to issues that came up. Good view of the Saturday night fireworks. This was the second time we stayed here. Would recommend this property and the owner.

Wonderful property, clean and beautiful. The view was perfect and we enjoyed just sitting on the deck relaxing and watching the lake. Garage parking was great. Close to resort restaurants. Will definitely rent again!

We had a fantastic time in Okoboji and staying at this particular property. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be looking to return. The view from the back porch was the perfect way to start and end our days. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing location and lots to do for the family. Highly recommend

My family and I stayed over Memorial Day weekend. The property and the location were perfect for enjoying Okoboji for the weekend. The views from the balcony are amazing. The property had everything we needed to do our own cooking but is also close to restaurants.

We have stayed at Bridges Bay a few times and this is our favorite condo with 2 king beds and one queen for our adult family to enjoy and a great view of the lake. The 2 bedrooms (non-master) do not have windows which was a benefit during the December blizzard (noisy) conditions. The weather didn’t allow us to visit family as much as we normally would, so we utilized the well-stocked kitchen and had everything we needed to keep us entertained. The underground parking was such a bonus!

Fortunately I contacted the manager and asked for an early check in and he said drop on in and if it has been clean then you can check in. Fortunately I did because at 2:30, one and a half hours prior to check in, the place had not been cleaned from the previous renter - piles of dirty laundry, dirty kitchen, dirty bathrooms. I notified the manager and he looked into it and realized that the cleaning service was unaware that they were to come to that unit. He informed me that there had been problems getting a dependable cleaning service but they would be there with five people. I returned at 4:30 and they were gone and the place was clean with the exception of a dirty undershirt being left in one of the drawers in the master. It must’ve been a whirlwind cleaning job. The manager was responsive – I’m just glad I tried to check in early so that I could alert him that the cleaning service was unaware that they were to clean that unit. The view from the deck area is beautiful of the lake. The deck is covered by the deck above it and there are spaces between the planks that allow water to drip down onto your space so forget about sitting out there if it’s sprinkling hoping to have summer rain solitude without getting drenched. The inside is spacious. The Internet kept cutting out so TV was inconsistent. They need to restock dishes. There were only four of us yet dishes were needed to be cleaned after each meal to have enough for the next meal. The main pool area at Bridges Bay was packed to the hilt during our stay. The gym was pretty bush league-Old dilapidated equipment. The restaurants in the area were subpar, slow service, and expensive. It was great seeing family but I probably will look elsewhere next time given the price. However after my exploration in the area this is probably the best option in town anyway.

Clean, nice, perfect EXCEPT for beautiful big tv, but when you don’t know about or have passwords for apps, we need to know how we can see some tv. Also, guest shower needs drain cleaned out, could not use. Otherwise; perfect.

Very enjoyable

We come to the lake every two years for our family reunion. Always stay in the Bridges condos. Perfect location for adults and easy access to the pool activities for the kids.

1. No regular cable, only apple TV which requires premium memberships 2. Propane completely empty. Cost $30 to refill to use grill. 3. Poor precheck of property where several light bulbs were out.

We loved our condo. We were close to everything. All 42 of us had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay but the condo could have been cleaner. There were many cobwebs and prints on the glass. Also the tv in the living room kept buffering and was never able to watch a complete tv show when we tried. We would definitely stay again.

Renting was made easily.

Great outside deck, beautiful view, furnishing and cooking utilities adequate, overall had a great time!

We wouldn't change anything about the property. It was clean and tidy upon arrival and had all of the amenities we were looking for. Would undoubtedly stay again!

We had such a great time here. Condo is in an excellent location, has an amazing view, and we didn’t leave the resort much since our young kids loved the water park and outdoor pool. The only negative was the deck was pretty inundated with spider webs in which was vacuumed some up. There were a few inside as well. Other than that it was great and we will hopefully be back!

This was my first time staying in a VRBO. It was an excellent experience! The owners are incredibly prepared, and everything was very detailed and easy to understand. The view was terrific, and the rental was very spacious and neat. It has everything you might need with incredible access to the lake and water park. Highly recommend this space!!

If your looking for an excellent view of East Okoboji Lake, this condo is for you! The sunrises and sunsets! Just to sit and watch the boats go by....grill and eat on patio. The condo is has everything you need! Also, fireworks on West Okoboji front row seat!
