All was fine. nothing to complaign.

I had relaxing and pleasant 3 days stay in the hotel with a member of my family. There are a couple of extraordinary details masterd to perfection by the team: great customer service at the reception, during breakfast and during the whole day, great variety of food served at the table for breakfast, great selection of tee and coffee, ambience in the loby with a relaxing and well selected music. As we have arrived by train, Martin, at the reception gave us bus passes which helped us to move freely and explore the area. We have enjoyed the pleasant accents which helped us to get closer to the local nature. Joahim prepared a little tee ceremony for us and we have enjoyed green South African roibos tee with local herbs. It was a delight! Local herbs were incorporated also in the breakfast meals and a subtle pine three scent was surrounding us in the hotel. Thank you Martin and Joahim and to the whole team for your true hospitality and devotion.

Martin is amazing and went out of his way to try help me, and was nice to be greeted with a friendly smile always. my room was amazingly clean and comfortable, an amazing shower.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, our stay there was excellent. Our room had been upgraded by the Hotel. Really pleased with the service and room. Great place to stay. Beautiful garden and interior as well. I would highly recommend.

First of all - great Thanks to the team! Very warm welcome and very nice stay. Will definitely come back again. - The hotel is located at a scenery location, surrounded by mountains. It’s clean and cozy. - the breakfast was very delicious and well organized (no buffet due to COVID) - the managing team is super nice, friendly and helpful - Whiskey distillery is located near by, as well as an old Bavarian village-museum is some minutes walk.

- not soundproof - had an experience with loud neighbors, when I had to ask them late night to be more quite - also the cars on the main road can be disturbing. Earplugs do help.

Everything was perfect! Very nice and beautifully decorated place. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing and they handled the corona situation very well. In our room (#11) wifi worked without issues.
