Very nice staff!
Super-smelly room...

Nice breakfast and good service.
Whole floor and my room was smoky even though I don’t smoke. Wouldn’t stay at this Kempinski location again.

Uncomfortable beds. Pillows and mattress too hard.

People were nice.
Big bathtub.
Neighbors were very noisy, we could hear them too clearly, had to call the reception to make them quiet.
Problem with the water taps for the bathtub and toilets.
Room was quite cold during an evening.
No microwave in this hotel, I'm quite surprised to hear they can't help us to warm some food.
Price is quite high for this quality.
