From the check in to check out, the staff's courtesy and will to help out was outstanding. The cleanliness of the facility, the location, the room and beds, the view from the hotel rooms to the breakfast served, all are praiseworthy, and we found them to be excellent. We will definitely visit again.

Considering the quality of the facility, we expected the facility to have a warm water swimming pool.

The Caldera view was beautiful. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. We had to arrive early and depart early next day (flight timing) and they had no issue in serving the breakfast in the check-in day and use the pool until the room was ready. Also they arranged gift drinks as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Place is a small corner of heaven. The view of caldera is breathtaking. Thank you.

Beautiful views, very clean facilities. The ladies at reception were very helpful in finding restaurants, booking the catamaran and even setting dinner renovations for us.

The views from hotel were amazing! Reception staff was very helpful in guiding and planning our visit. The manager promptly addressed the issue with shower in our room and arranged another room the following day. The free shuttle to and from Fira was very handy.

Restaurant menu could be better, there weren’t enough options for vegetarian or vegans. There was only 1 free shuttle in the morning, as opposed to hourly in evening.

The property was spectacular. The staff was really good. The view was incredible.

The only issue is the 30Euro charged for a ride to the ferry 12 minutes away. I felt that charge was a little excessive and it put a damper in the stay.

Gorgeous view, exceptionally friendly staff, very good breakfast.

We spent five days here celebrating our honeymoon and it was perfect! The customer service was amazing from the front desk to the servers. Our favorite server was Jenny, she greeted us by name every morning! The infinity pool with the beds were so perfect, you could spend all day there and enjoy the beautiful view and sunset. The food, even the included breakfast buffet, and drinks were very tasty. Even though the hotel is not in town, it was nice to be away from the crowds and the view/sunset was even better at the hotel. The free shuttle took us to downtown Fira within 5 minutes, however, we also walked, which took about 25 minutes. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were clean and bright. We booked a room with a private jacuzzi, which is semi-mostly private but it is down the stairs from the pool, which is definitely a little more private that the rooms near the pool and restaurant. They provide slippers, pool towels, robes and put a big water bottle in your room daily. We would 10000% recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

The staff was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. Wherever you walk you find people smiling at you. I would really like to thank Katarina, Maria, and Jenny for their outstanding services. They were so friendly and supportive which made out honeymoon memorable.

The hotel has stunning minimalistic style. It’s very relaxing and quiet place. The caldera view is gorgeous. The hotel restaurant is amazing, the best restaurant and food we eat in Greece. the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Hotel located a little bit far from the island cities so you need to take hotel shuttle bus which is free or take another vehicle (bus, taxi, rental car) to get to Fira or Oia.

Of course, the view is amazing. Great breakfast and food, in general. Chill atmosphere, you can relax in a great pool or simply watch the panorama. Friendly staff, especially the nice receptionists Caterina and Maria.

The rooms with the view from the front are a bit noisy, you can hear the traffic, ATVs even at night. I would suggest the front doors are isolated better (they should close better). Overall, its a great hotel but not a 5 stars as it is advertised (4 is more realistic).
