Nice staff and cool location close to the sea. The rooms are practically furnished. Parking area right in front of the rooms.

Cockroaches in the bathroom on two occasions.

Loved the hospitality of the owner. Called her that we were running late and she waited. Guided us for dinner spots around the Hotel and recommended breakfast places for the day after.

Great value for money clean only downfall is very loud early morning with bins and back gate needs a piling when people came at all hours it was very loud opening and shutting

Lovely clean facilities and very close to pubs, cafes and shops. No real noise to speak of at night.

Expecting 4 beds as per booking for 4 adults, 1 large queen and 3 singles but we ended up with 3 beds of King, Queen and a single.

Perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep. super central!

Nothing was super easy and clean.

Pictures can be deceiving, very expensive for what it is. 5am wake up call from Recycling truck & very noisey up till 2am due to bars only meters away. On arrival our room smelt so strongly of bleach, it was almost like a pool bathroom. Although had the bleach smell the actual place was dirty. I dare you not to look under the bed, you will be shocked. The couch we did not want to sit on, had stains and an old musty smell to it. Spare blanket was not clean. The tray holding the kettle was covered in crumbs dust & dead bugs.

Location was excellent, walking distance to everything. The room was spacious and modern, and staff were helpful and polite.

location, location, location!! 20m wak straight out to the beach and the live atmosphere of the busy streets of Byron!

the noise from the night life!! pub next door, loud taking and continuously being woken by the sound of empty bottles being tipped into bins!!

The location and staff were fantastic. Super nice and helpful, especially given the time of year (New Year). I could not have dreamed of a better location. Literally on the beach!!

There was no kitchen sink. The TV only some local channels available and didnt have the ability to use streaming services or dvds.
