Breakfast was excellent, I loved the Indian section of the breakfast

This was my second stay, but on both occasions the rooms were not upto our expectation. We had to get upset before anything was fixed.

They charge me for minibar but I did not use it

The best was the staff at the door. Ever smiling alwaus helpful. Huge plus. Id O go back to this place it will be because of them

The front desk staff not necessarily knowledgeable. Some of them tried to be helpful, some did not. The hotel did not honor the booking.com price of Rs 599 per petson for breakfast. There were plenty of arguments, we still had to pay more. The room cleaning left much to be desired. Not much in terms of facilities.

I am truly disappointed with services provided by booking.com for this booking. My confirmation clearly says that I have to pay at the property and day before they charge my card and not sure why it does not works card limit is over INR 6 lacks and transaction was just 30K. I got no intimation as I was going to hotel and and I just called them to confirm to my surprise my booking was cancelled and there was no other available rooms. I was literally stranded on the road with my family. Neither booking.com nor the hotel called me or intimated me on cancellation to give me time to book another hotel. Last minute I had to pay 3 times and book another place with my family stranded on the road. Never expected such pathetic and poor service from booking.com from this moment onwards I am not going to use your services any more and will also discourage all my friends to do the same.

The Location is fantastic. Close to everything I need. A taxi is always available at the gate.

The bed was problematic. It causes me back pain. Also needed a few small things like a tissue box, and a safety deposit box in the room, which were mentioned in the amenities but they did not provide them even after asking for these several times.

Breakfast was good. Location was fine. Overall the room was not good. Walls were wet with moisture, which was not mentioned online. Carpet was old and not clean.

Room could have been better for the money charged.

Staff was not helpful if I want 1 plate in my room I have to call them 4 to 5 times and it will come after 1 hour or more
