The front desk staff was super helpful. I am a very broken Italian speaker and they were able to secure a taxi for me in Mezzano and accommodated my early check in as I transferred from a different hotel. Food was delicious, staff was super helpful.
Nothing. I stayed in 3 places in Fiera during my week stay and I wish I had found them sooner.

The restaurant food, breakfast food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and offered much assistance.
The SPA facilities we very nice. Sauna, steam room were very warm and top quality.
Jacuzzi was not very comfortable. Too much noise in the SPA relax area. The hotel chose to host a birthday party for some young adults who made lots of noise , got drunk, and kept music way too loud. It was way out of place for a four star hotel and I expected more from management to keep the noise level down.

First of all, the hotel itself is excellent, looks and feels great. With plenty of things available such as wellness floor, bar, cosy lounge, ski deposit, all included in the price. But what makes this special is the way the staff manage the hotel. Incredibly friendly and welcoming, they clearly put a lot of thought into making the facility great, with art, music, library. The hotel has a lot of character! And the cherry on the cake is that they offered us an upgrade for free as there was availability and also complimentary drinks at the bar.
Really not much more to ask for! I would highly recommend! Thank you to all staff at the hotel!
There's not much not to like. I just wished they had eggs for breakfast to go with the toast. Aside from that the breakfast had a good selection of things to choose from.

Can be seen straight away this hotel is managed very well it's exceptionally clean and the wellness centre was excellent bonus. I took an Ebike and hit the trails which I loved

The website said air conditioning in the rooms… there was none. Had to keep doors open for air but then the street noise was loud. Would have opted for air conditioning or a fan at least!

The hotel was in a good location and easy to visit the places we wanted to go. Food good

The hotel is nice, clean and quiet in a very nice context. Beside the pedestrian area but you can reach it by car and park there. The spa is not big but enjoyable. The bar is very nice with different options, staff is polite, smiling and professional. You have facilities like free bikes and info for trips around. Overall, very good.
If I have really to find a no-positive aspect, I may say that I reserved a double room for a single, the price was a little high for a single person. But flatly honest it was my fault.. I must also admit that they proposed me a late check out (with spa included) for few euros and I happily accepted. So finally I cannot complain even about this.
