Location was wonderful - great access to ski lifts and walks to Lech and Zug. Wonderful food at the hotel and a great, friendly atmosphere.

The prices for drinks and snacks were very high at the hotel - much cheaper elsewhere.

The hotel itself was amazing. Every evening they had a 6/7 course meal and the food was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was great and they also cooked things to order. Staff incredibly friendly and the hotel had fantastic facilities with pool, games room, sauna, steam room to name but a few. It is right next to a ski lift so virtually ski in/ski out. this is probably the best place we have stayed during 20 years of ski trips.

There's nothing I can really fault about the hotel. The staff did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We have 3 kids aged 12, 15 and 17 and they loved it.

Hotel Albona Nova exceeded our expectations in every single area. The owners and staff were incredible, friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding. And they took the time and effort to make our visit special with children- including toys and stories in the room, providing floaties for the pool and a children's room to play in. A true 10 out of 10 for our family. We'll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic food which was really different and interesting every night. Excellent, very friendly and attentive staff - nothing was too much trouble.

Would have been nice to have an outdoor Jacuzzi but the indoor Spa facilities more than made up for it.

This is a lovely hotel but we found the staff to be less friendly than in another hotel in the area. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and plentiful.
