It really was not clean. Extremely dusty and stuffy. Needs a proper clean and fresh air- otherwise its a lovely apartment. There was only 2 coffee pods for 4 people, not very accommodating. The biggest concern was the clealiness

The lock on the apartment door was hard to open. Ir was dark , as there were many missing lightbulbs. it was also a bit chilly.

The location was fantastic, near the center with a supermarket and lovely restaurants nearby. The apartment had alot of space, a nice little balcony with a good kitchen with tea and coffee. The beds were comfortable with fans in the room to help with the heat. The bathroom was lovely with a good shower! The lady was very friendly and thorough with her run-through of the apartment 🙂

Communication prior to booking was not very good and our party had questions on luggage storage, arrival times and check in queries etc. A minor point to raise, it states on the booking.com page that english is one of the spoken languages, however the owner spoke only a couple of words in english. Luckily I understand and speak some Italian so could translate to the rest of our party. However for some guests this could be a difficult language barrier. I think this was a bit of false advertisement

The house is very close to Arena and to the city, it is large and well equipped

Parking was on the street and not reserved, so very hard to find. Air conditioning was working, but was not available in bedrooms, which were very warm.

The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a full kitchen, small fridge, living room, dining room, and small terrace. The location is great - halfway between the train station and historical city center. There are a few restaurants around the corner.

1. AC did not work, and it was 90 degrees outside. We asked the host for help and were told that Italy is not allowing use of the AC unit. And the apartment doesn’t ventilate well. From what I read, that’s not accurate but the AC is costing a lot more than usual due to the situation with Russia. I just wish we had been offered the option to use it and pay more, as it was extremely miserable inside the apartment which is on the third floor without use of the AC. The AC is also in the living room area, so not in the bedrooms. I would not expect it to be powerful enough to cool the bedrooms from its location. We were provided ONE fan even though we were two people spread out between the two rooms. I would DEFINITELY NOT stay here in summer, at all. We travelled in mid May and it was already really hot. 2. The host speaks absolutely no english. This made check-in extremely complicated when she was asking for documents and trying to explain how the apartment functions. Also, they don’t answer the phone, there are several numbers listed so it’s unclear which to call if you have an issue. And we had tried a few, no one else speaks english either. If you don’t speak Italian, DO NOT stay here. If you have any issues, no one will be able to help you.

The place was so near to the city centre. It was big apartment with 2 bedrooms and kitchen and living room.

There is no hot water all the time. It has hit water 2 minutes and then - 2 minutes ice cold water. We was with our child it was so awful with this shower.
