Easy stroll to Payerbach center. All required tools in the kitchen to prepare your own food. Clean towels and sheets. Basic spices, oil, viniger are there.
1. Bad smell of sewer gasses in the bathroom. It is next to the kitchen and probably is not healthy to inhale.
2. Old and worn out place. Not clean (check under the bed).
3. Narrow stairs to 1st floor (apartment Top2)
4. Parking is on the road (busy road) in front of the house and your car extending about 1 meter on the road. Cars, busses and trucks run all day long here.
5. Noisy (see #4 above) and the windows and door are not soundproof.

Nice apartment it had everything we needed. The bathroom was like a new one the whole apartment was in decent condition.
There was 2 supermarket in 2 mins drive/20 mins walk where you can buy anything and the kitchen was also well equipped for cooking. The bad was comfortable the kids loved the bulk bed.
It looked newer on the picture but I guess it's the same with every apartment. The house itself (outside) is a little old but it was O.K. I was surprised with this key safe thing; I never met the actual owner just picked up the key and left it in the box. I like meeting the owners in person. But maybe it's just me.

Large, fully equipped apartament perfect for a family with children, good for a group of friends. Very well located (right next to the train and bus station), great place as a starting point for excursions in Rax Alpe. Nice terrace to spend time on after an active day. The suite is fully equipped (cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes and utensils, shower with rain shower in the bathroom, etc.). Comfortable beds with good mattresses.
Unfortunately, a two-day internet outage took effect during our stay. The furniture was already somewhat imprinted by the tooth of time. The location of the bathroom/toilet behind the bedroom, which you have to walk through to use the WC.

Near to railway station so easy to get to from Vienna. Very spacious, well furnished and clean. Beautiful countryside - woke to the sound of cuckoos tapping over the road.

Very well equipped apartment with good kitchen facilities. Near center of Payerbach and the main road. The owners reacted promptly to questions and feedback.
There were minor signs of disrepair - the owners should probably check the apartment more often. The wifi stopped working after two days and did not return.

The apartment was spacious! We liked to have a separate living room. The kitchen was very well equipped. There is a dishwasher too which could be very useful if many people stay in the apartment. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony and having breakfast and dinner there. The apartment is from 3 minutes from the railway station, so we did not use our car during our stay. There are many hiking trails around Payerbach, e.g., the Bahnwanderweg to Semmering. The climate of the location is perfect during the hot period of summer.
Seeing the beautiful photos we expected a brand new furbished apartment, but in some area it was heavily used. The cleanliness needs some improvement. We did not like having a curtain in the shower.

Only downside of this amazing place is the quality of cleanlinnes, the amount of dead or moving bugs and spiders was unexpectedly high. Kids were afraid, we felt a bit uncomfortable.

The arrival end departuire went smoothly. Everything was clean, the apartment is very well equipped.
The real bedroom with was used by the children, but the beds seemed to be very comfortable.
There were table and card games in the apartment.
There is a tiny but quite usable skiroom.
There was no problem with the parking on the street.
Payerbach as a location is great. The traffic of the street is low, but you can hear the buses when they come from the train station

We had a very nice time in the apartment. It was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The location is also perfect, and it was very easy to get the room of the apartment from the lock box provided. It is another huge plus for the apartment that it is pet-friendly :)
The only down-side I could think of is that you need to park your car in the streets, the apartment does not have a private parking place.

The location is perfect, the apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything in the kitchen you need for cooking and baking. The bathroom is very nicely renovated, the living room is beautiful. You can walk by foot to the train station and the city center to restaurants, bakery, etc. The bed was super comfortable.
It was very cold in the entire apartment, except for the bathroom.
We tried to call owner during the indicated office hours, but have reached no one. We did not find a thermostat. Heaters were functioning, maybe the isolation is not so good, but there was not more than 19 degrees in the apartment, which is very cold during winter. Otherwise, we were very happy with everything else!

A few more utensils particularly for the BBQ would have been nice. Also the washing machine was not functioning and it would have been handy to use it.
