Great location! The Saturday market is right on the door step and its only a short stroll to Sunday market. There is a great range of local food stalls set up every evening just out on the main road (1 min walk) - good priced meals & fruit shakes for 50-70B. I was surprised how quiet it was given that it is right in the middle of things. The rooms were clean and sound proof. Breakfast was great and the pool is perfect - a mineral pool so no chlorine smell. All in all we lived our stay and will stop by again on our way out of Chiang Mai.

Location & hospitality. Good customer service. Location is quite convenient. near to Saturday night market, just 5min walking. 10-15 min walking to famous phae gate & sunday night market. we enjoy the pool at night & they clean the room everyday

Everything. Location great. Ground floor room, large, comfortable. Staff excellent, breakfast basic but cereal, toast, tea/coffee, fruit and cooked option. What more do you want?
24hr reception is a bit of a comfort thing but when we did need assistance after 10 (couldn't get aircon to work) staff there in minutes.
Nothing negative to say. I'd rebook in a heart beat

Nothing, nothing to like at all
Room missing curtains, was told all rooms the same, offered another room which did have curtains! Very hot and room dirty.
Big selling point was the swimming pool. Upon arrival the pool was closed and we were told for two days. Questioned the staff (and major reason we chose the place because of the pool) and they promised to have it clean in 24 hours. (Weather 40 degrees, pool required) If they got the pool cleaned I do not know as we walked away, gave away our money and stayed at another nearby hotel. (Nuan Boutique)

Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was made to order with extras available. We chose this location because it was so close to the old city centre and all the markets. They even had a small dipping pool which was perfect after a hot day of sight seeing.
A games room with a ping pong table would have made this place perfect for us.

Excellent location good breakfast nice staff.
The bed was very hard as was the pillow we used up rolled up clothes because the pillow was so uncomfortable. Also the air conditioner was quite loud so we did not have great sleeps.

Close to the Southern Gate night market so there’s ton of food choices. Close to Saturday Walking Street. Definitely a great area. Very quiet. Good Wi-Fi for working. Good breakfast with choices of Western or Asian dishes. Nice pool area.
It smelled a little musty. We actually bought a room freshener.

The room floor are freezing and didn’t even give room slippers.only give little tissue for toilet and other complimentary stuffs (toothbrush,room tissue,facial tower,etc) are not included.

We were there with my family, two rooms next to eachother. Breakfast was nice, rooms were tidy, location was good and people who worked there really helped. Good price for the quality

The hotel was located next to the Chiang Mai Gate, and it was perfect to explore the Old City. If you like night markets, Chiang Mai Gate night market is located less than a minute away and the Saturday Wu Lai night market is also very close to the hotel. Hotel staff was friendly and helped us book some tours (kudos for that!). Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its price/quality relationship and its location. Hotel room was quiet (no noise from the outside could be heard).
The room could have used some maintenance, as some of the bathroom lights were not properly working. Hotel room was not cleaned every day (which, we would have been ok with, if we had known in advance).

we have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions since 2016.
However our stay this time was disappointing.
The hotel is now in need of renovation.
The staff numbers has been reduced
The quality of the breakfast is now poor!

Location - close to the old city. Great access to walking street markets. Easy access from the airport .
We stayed on two separate occasions and were so pleased that the staff found and kept some of my special toiletries which I had left in the bathroom - thank you!
Bed and pillows too hard for us!
Thought breakfast should have been included as it stated on Booking.com but it wasn't.
