Nice and cozy hotel, had a nice warm feeling to it. Lovely staff running the hotel. Home cooked breakfast and were more then happy to make take away breakfast for my wife that wasn't feeling up to having breakfast at that time.
Village bus doesnt drop you off at the hotel you have about 80 meter walk up some stairs. Pillows were really soft.

Julie was a wonderful host, she had excellent communication before the stay, she was very helpful and made a beautiful breakfast for us. The chalet was clean and quiet with great views of Thredbo.

Superb breakfast cooked by Fab. Incredible views across the mountains.
Not much we didn't like. The stairs from the car park were difficult but it was very convenient unlike some of the other accommodations at Thredbo.

Not a lot to like. I haven't anything constructive to say.
It is in a poor location, with an extreme amount of steps, saw NOT one of the staff. The view was non-existent. No tea making facilities in the room. Arrangement of the bathroom was just ridiculous

The hotel was beautifully furnished. The breakfast choices were unusual and the servings plentiful. It was a lovely place to stay.
The bathroom was very small with nowhere to put things. Also, anyone with mobility problems would find the number of steps down to the village and back again very difficult.

the view from our room was amazing, the manager Fabienne was delightful and made the most delicious breakfasts. The room was clean to a very high standard and we just loved the atmosphere and feel of the place. would definately recommend it and would definately stay there again.

The view of the mountains from the bedroom window and verandah was wonderful. the manager, Fab was very friendly and helpful. we felt very welcome.
Accessibility to the Chalet was a bit limited. lots of stairs.

Firstly our host was lovely, nothing was too much trouble and had plenty of knowledge of the area. Our breakfast made by our host daily was AMAZING including her homemade fresh bread daily. The chalet was very clean and comfortable and we were made to feel like we could make ourselves at home.

Andrew is a very warm person, and staying here can feel very warm, especially during breakfast, all the ingredients are prepared by themselves, very delicious.
