Lovely quiet hotel in a nice neighbourhood, close to restaurants and supermarkets.

It is genuinely a rather nice place. I mean obviously it is rather basic given the price but if you book the cheapest place in town then you cannot expect a five star hotel. The staff was very friendly and nice and the room was very clean. The neighborhood isn't super central but it feels nice and safe. There is an Oxxo around the corner. The wifi connection was also definitely very good.

Honestly not much. It would have been nicer if the furniture would have been more modern, but again what can you expect given that price. There is nothing to complain about really. Maybe the walls are a bit thin so you can hear other people sometimes but one should book a place with an according price if one does not want to hear anyone else ever.

It was a good price for a private room and bathroom. The room had air-conditioning. The staff were very pleasant. The location was good.

The internet didn't work in my room as it was too far from the router, which was very frustrating as I needed to work. The rooms were noisy, I could hear EVERYTHING from the neighbouring rooms. Not good if you're a light sleeper.

What stands out for me is it is Incredible value for money. Everything very clean and well kept and the staff- especially Christel so friendly and helpful to show me and give suggestions of where to go and what to do. Making an extra effort. I enjoy walking and exploring so the location was perfect for me - and it was quick taxi drive from ADO bus station when I arrived. The room had everything i required and they even offer free teas and beverages at reception. It was lovely to have a feeling of personal attention as a contrast to staying in a big hotel. Staff are nice and there is AC, WiFi and hot water. It's ok for a night but we won't go back there or stay longer than that.

Walls are paper thin, we could hear people at 7am speaking on the garage alley and we could here anyone who'll be at the reception as we were in the room next door. It's basic and not really welcomy.

Front desk receptionist miss crystal wonderful person. Helpful responsible great attitude took good care of me. Free Wi-Fi water coffee tea and the best hot shower ever. Front desk service 24 hours plus security very clean well kept property. I would definitely go back again. This is a little home away from home great Community good location, quick easy taxi ride from ADO station. Don't miss the olmeca museum lots of ancient history here.
