Great location
The bed was very firm and the mattress was wrapped in a plastic protective cover, so everytime you move you hear and feel it.

Bedrooms were very comfortable, very spacious.
There should be another air conditioner, especially near living room/kitchen. Refrigerator was too small, not enough space to put things for 2-5 persons.

Great location. Nice longer term stay property. Nice balcony but overlooked the car wash out back. Charming property on top of a store / restaurant.
The only air conditioning was in the master bedroom; there was a stand fan in the kitchen / living room area. And the window cranks did not work anywhere, so there was plastic over the bedroom windows to try to hold in the cool air. The second "bedroom" was a single bed in a closet - literally it was a closet previously. No breakfast. No dish soap or kitchen linens provided to wash dishes. Stairs to access the property - but I knew this ahead and booked anyway.

ALOT OF CONSTRUCTION ACROSS THE PROPERTY...LOUD NOISE BEGINNING 700AM IN THE MORNING.
THE PROPERTY COULD HAVE OFFERED DISH TOWELS OR PAPER BTOWELS TO DRY.
ALSO NO SHAMPOO.

There was no hot water in the bathroom or kitchen.
There were only 2 towels no wash clothes.
The floors were very dirty, they turned my white socks black.
The WIFI only worked for about 10 minutes of our 3 night stay. People were going outside to try to get a connection and sitl could not get a connection.

the ceiling fan in the small room was not very effective, making it slightly uncomfortable.

The facilities are old. Only air conditioning in the bedroom. People cutting the yard at 8 am in the morning on a Sunday.

this was a great place to stay with my family it was very comfortable and in a great area with many things to do around. I also must say the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious.
I had a little hard time with the stairs because of my health conditions but other than the stairs I have no complaints.
