The location is excellent - right across the road from Mullins beach and a couple of very good beachside restaurants. The apartment was very spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. The staff were excellent, helpful, very friendly. The other guests were friendly - it has a really nice community feel.

Fantastic way to spend a wonderful 9 days in Barbados. We didn’t end up using the pool because we were close to the beach or always out exploring the island. The unit had a bright, spacious, split bedroom layout perfect when travelling with our adult children. So convenient to have all appliances including a blender for our morning smoothies! Great to have Sea Shed, Mullins Beach and Gibbes Beach (Gibbes was our favourite) close by. It’s best to have a car, as it would be hard to explore other areas without one.

Dryer takes a long time. Doesn’t have an ocean views, but again, we are so close to the water by a 3-10 minute walk, depending on which beach you choose.

Good apartment, clean, air conditioners, Tvs, bathrooms, little kitchen, everything Ok. Kind staff, gentle. A lovely pool. Good neighborhood, close to the sea, close to good restaurants.

Noises, terrible noises. People cutting gardens and trees outside and inside the Hotel. People organizing everything for the high season, but what about us ? Fire alarms (false) incredible loudly for a looooong time because the responsible are not there to finishing the torture. And the Mattresses just terrible, and also fhe Sofas........ A place that could be heaven, but many times are ........

No front desk, which makes it unique. However, staff was easy to reach.

Denise was super friendly! Whole place was lovely and quiet and really close to the beach. Will definitely be back!

The bar wasn't open when we were there but didn't make sense as we were the only guests

Omg this property was so beautiful, clean, and like a second home away from home. Property management was extremely helpful and checkin was smooth and nice. Full kitchen like it seriously was perfect and I’ll be back next year! this is my new home in Barbados indefinitely!

perfect location, spacious, spotlessly clean, fab air con, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, fantastic to see the monkeys from the balcony.

we were bitten a lot at night. mosquito nets needed in bathroom but that’s not something that would put us off staying again!

The property was lovey and spacious (plenty of room for 6 adults although we were only 4) and is exactly as shown in the photos. Being able to open the doors on to the balcony every morning was lovely and although we never made it into the pool, the area was spotless every time we visited. The management team were really helpful and on hand at all times to answer any queries via WhatsApp. The location was fantastic in terms of both being able to walk down to the beach and being able to explore the rest of the Island. We had a car (plenty of available parking on-site) but there are regular busses and a stop just at the end of the road. We would definitely stay here again.

My only improvement would be to supply a small amount of cleaning products to use. Although the apartment is cleaned every 2 days we did use the kitchen a lot so we ended up having to purchase a surface cleaner.

Great location, very close to the beach. Beautiful pool. Nicole was very helpful and accommodating. All the staff was friendly. The apartment was well stocked and very clean. Can’t wait to go back!
