Everything! The views from all three terraces are fabulous! Well equipped apartment, kitchen incredibly well stocked with utensils, pans etc and the place is huge!

Gorgeous and relaxing accommodation. The girl who greeted us was super nice and friendly. She explained the apartment in great detail, and the nearby places we could visit and get to. The apartment features vast balconies with magnificent views. It is suitable perfectly for 5 people. We fully enjoyed the entire accommodation and recommend everyone to go there, because it is very close to the center.

The location of the apartment is great. The apartment had everything we needed. The air-conditioning and wifi were excellent bonuses. The bedding is nice and there are plenty of towels! The complimentary toiletries are a very nice touch to make your stay even better.

The lift going up to the apartment sometimes had some issues, but it's not the worst - with a little patience, it always came.

We like the view from the apartment - see view on 2 sides, far away is also Acropolis! Building is located in the pleasant, green safe non-touristic district near to the nice marina, with modern promenade and different restaurants possibility. Apartment is spacious, would be very comfortable for big number of guests. There is only 1 apartment on the floor. 3 balconies. There is a lot of necessary stuff in the apartment.

I don't remember, if I have ever lived in such a dirty place. Sticky doors, stock of dust under the bed, sofa, in the corners... Very outdated furniture and appliance, especially in the kitchen. Not enough/broken/outdated cutlery. Small TV, fire place doesn't work, even if we tried. Poor functioning of shower system. Locks of some doors/windows don't work. I definitely wouldn't recommend to stay there in winter, as even in mid April it was very cold inside, looks like air-condition doesn't work for heating. Very noisy place, as it is next to the city highway road, and soundproofing almost doesn't exist. There is no big shop to buy food. And besides marina and a couple of restaurants there is literally nothing around. Commuting to the city center is on average 45 minutes by public transport with 1 change. Nearest beach is maybe 20 minutes walk. P.S. We stayed for 10 days, it was enough time to make the conclusion.

What a fantastic apartment and location. Truly recommended to anyone whom appreciates excellence.

Location.. near to tram, bus to airport or port, near tp the beach. Great views from thw balcony.

everything was great . I think the towels when washed should a softener should be used as their were very stiff rough on skin when drying off. it may be because they were dried in the sun not sure . everything else was great and Manos was prompt and communicated very well all the time with me for check and in and check out.

I love the size of the apartment and the view from all 3 balconies. We took the tram a few station and went to a beach club. And you can take the tram to Athens center, but we paid only 8 euros for a taxi, and within minutes you are in Plaka. Manos answers very quickly and can inform us of whatever we want to know. Very helpful
