La atención que recibimos de los empleados de seguridad.

El lugar no era lo esperado, como se ve en las fotos, esta muy abandonado y falta equipar bien las habitaciones. Muy caro con respecto a lo que recibimos.

La ubicación, cerca de la playa en carro. La piscina y los alrededores son agradables, aunque están un poco descuidados. Hermosa vista.

La atención del personal no fue la mejor. Nos hicieron caer en error al indicarnos que no había problema si cancelabamos y luego hicieron el rebajo. La habitación no tenía un lugar acondicionado para la ropa, no tenía espejo, ni sillas o sillón. La ropa de cama vieja. No colocan paños, solo uno para secarse las manos, papel higiénico escaso, no hay refrigeradora. El balcón es bonito, pero tiene sillas plásticas y mesa viejas.

No me gusto nada, no existe nada positivo que decir, no se como booking tiene este tipo de hotel, es una estafa completamente

Un hotel en completo abandono, sin empleados ni nadie que le ayude en una emergencia, sin guardas a la entrada lo que hace que cualqueir persona ingrese, fue una estafa quisiera me devolvieran el dinero, solo me quede una noche de las tres noches pagadas, tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento en otro sector

Kind of a train wreck. Restaurant-closed Pool deck bar-closed Pool should have been closed. It was dirty and had hundreds of tiles missing. Our Room was not clean. Fitted sheets were so worn out that they slid all over. When we got to the room there was one bath towel, & one bath Mat. No hand towels, no wash cloths, no soap, shampoo etc. It seemed like the hotel closed down and a couple guys slipped in there and got a handful of rooms useable and started renting them out. Even the front desk was completely empty. He handled out checkin on his phone.

It’s need more maintenance, bad WiFi

Nothing. We booked this online for 2 nights because Booking.com has it rated as a 4 star hotel. It was non refundable, and we thought it would be okay with 4 stars and other places were booked up.

Where do I start. First of all we showed up and no one at the front desk spoke english, which is ok, we are in a foreign country, so not their problem. However when we did google translate, they said they didn't have our reservation. Front desk had to call the owner, who spoke english and finally confirmed we had a reservation. This took over an hour and it was late in the day and very hot. They showed us our room and it was very hot with pretty gross. We asked for a refund and the owner said no refunds. From the pics you can see hair in the bed, trash under the bed, back door didn't lock, the bathroom window lock was broke, soap scum in bath and kitchen, bathroom sink was clogged, couch was old and disgusting, the wall A/C didn't really cool the room, etc. We left the next morning and didn't stay the second night. We tried to contract the owner and the number and email on their website and booking.com doesn't work so we couldn't plead our case. We contacted booking.com and pleaded our case and they said they checked with the owner, but no concession were going to be made.
